Years ago when my mother told me I would inherit my grandmother's teacup collection, I responded by telling her "I have no interest in any of that stuff!" Twenty years later, here I am hooked, almost obssessed with collecting. I've even gone so far as to drag my husband into the search for teacup treasures.
As much as we both love to collect, we also enjoy the thrill of the marketplace and hunting for treasures that we think you will be interested in purchasing. We are actively trying to build this online business (albeit part-time at this point), not only as a hobby, but as an extra source of income as we try to put our two promising young men through college.
Our aim is to satisfy you. In order to do that WE RELY ON YOUR FEEDBACK and encourage you to email us and let us know more specifically what you are looking for. What makers are your favorites? What era and or style (Art Deco, Victorian, other?) do you prefer? What countries of origin do you particularly like?
From time to time, we will offer other items for sale, some porcelain, some not. Please note that we will do our best to provide photos and descriptions that are accurate and disclose any flaws or other concerns for each item. We are discerning buyers, and know that you probably are as well. JUST FOR THE RECORD: WE HAVE NOT, NOR WILL WE EVER INVOLVE OURSELVES IN THE CYBER-BULLYING THAT IS GOING ON AMONGST OTHER SELLERS. WE BELIEVE THAT IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND WILL NOT SUCCUMB TO SUCH TACTICS. OUR TIME AND ENERGY IS MUCH BETTER SPENT WORKING TO SERVE YOU, TO PROVIDE QUALITY PRODUCTS AND TOP-NOTCH SERVICE. We make it a point to educate ourselves so that we can best inform you. We have our own library of price guides, books of marks, and photo books, so that we can give you as much accurate info as possible.
Finally, we will price fairly, and competitively, but we are not looking to give away our merchandise, so if you are looking for cheap, you most likely won't find it here. We seek to make a fair profit, and at the same time, sell you attractive, desirable merchandise, provide you with excellent packing and shipping service, and vital communication.
