Return Policy |
If you find any problems with your order, please contact our Customer
Care Department at (631) 667-1180 or email us at customer@techsmart.com.
Our customer care agents are available Monday through Friday from 8:00am
to 6:00pm EST. Our Customer Care Agents are available to help resolve
any Questions, concerns or billing inquiries you may have on your order.
Techsmart sells computers with and without Operating systems. If you
have chosen to purchase a computer with an operating system (windows
98, 2000) your computer will be ready to use once power on. If you have
purchased a computer without an operating system it is the customer
responsibility to install the operating system (this is not covered
under our warranty) If you decided not to have us load an operating
system, keep in mind that all technical service calls will be charged.
Please have your credit card number ready when you call for technical
support.
Please have the following information available when calling customer
care:
- Customer Name
- Order Number
- Please have your Techsmart batch number ready
- Also please let us know where you won this auction (techsmart, eBay,
Ubid, Half, Amazon)
Returns:
If our Customer Care department determines that product must be returned
to Techsmart, a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be issued. Please
write the RMA number on three sides of the box in large print. Return
can take up to three weeks to process.
Remember:
- You must return the product in its original package
- All returns must be complete including accessories, cables, manuals,
and
- software included in the original order. Incompleted returns will
be charged a fee for the missing items.
- A restocking fee of up to 50% will be charged for non-defective
returns.
