Our Policy: E-mail questions before bidding. Contact us within 24 hours of purchase for payment and shipping information. Payments expected in five days. We are not responsible if payments or shipments sent through the mail are lost or damaged. International buyers please contact us for shipping quotes. We always combine shipping. We do charge, on average, .50 - 1.00 dollar for handling. This helps us offset the cost of cartridge, tape, etc.. costs. We only use Priority shipping unless otherwise specified. Insurance is not required but is highly recommended. The post office and like shipping companies are notorious for poor handling.
We strive to be honest and as accurate as possible in our descriptions to the best of our knowledge. We are not experts on anything, our items are found at estate sales or auctions. All items are sold 'AS IS'. Returns accepted on a case by case basis, in original condition, minus shipping costs. If we have made a mistake, or you are not happy with your purchase, before leaving bad feedback, contact us and we will do our best to make it right! We try very had to keep our shipping costs down and to not overcharge. If a gross overcharge has happened, we will refund the difference. We want you to be happy with your purchase!
