Shipment:

Most items go USPS Priority - some go media mail or parcel post - note that Priority Mail may take up to 5 days & Media Mail/Parcel Post up to 21 days - overseas, surface shipments may take from 6 to 8 weeks.

You must save all packaging for a refund & must obtain authorization to return any item.

If you do NOT pay for insurance or you deduct the insurance fee off - your product is not gauranteed in any way. I will not make a claim with the shipper for you.
