Shipping information
As we are a store and carry all items featured on our site in the store, we ship within 48 hours of payment received, however, Large bulk items such as favors are drop shipped from our supplier, so Please ask before purchasing to make sure it is available and not on back order. As we are also a store, items may sell out in the store, before we get the oportunity to pull them down off of ebay, if this is the case we will notify you of the delay in shipping and when it is expected to be back in stock to make sure this is acceptable with your time frame.
Return policy
We do Not accept Returns, However if there is an issue with an item, please contact us as we do not want you to receive a damaged item. Reason for this policy is only that we are a large store and do not have the time to deal with returns and exchanges, so please before buying ask all questions, measurements, sizes, styles, material, etc. Personalized items will not be allowed for returns, NO exceptions. |
