Brand New - Never used, zero minutes on call timer. Item is brand new, and never used.

Mint Condition - Like new, minimal signs of use. No noticeable scratches. No visible wear or imperfections.

Great Condition - Hardly any scratches, lightest signs of use.

Very Good Condition - Average signs of use, light scratches.

Good Condition - Noticeable cosmetic wear, scuffs & or scratches. Overall in good cosmetic condition.

Fair Condition - Heavier scuffs and scratches all over.

Poor Condition - Severe scuffs & or scratches. May be physically damaged. Still functional.
