Pets and Cigarettes:
We're frequently asked if our inventory is from a pet-free and/or smoke free home.  And while cigarettes are not allowed in our home, our family does include one particularly psychotic puggle named Sophia Lulu, as well as a rather overweight and sedentary old man of a cat we call Chuck.  So while we can guarantee that your package will arrive to you entirely nicotine-free, despite our best efforts (and a permanent pet banishment from our inventory rooms) the occasional pet hair has an annoying habit of finding its way into a package now and then.  We disclose this up front for the benefit of any potential bidders with pet allergies.

Shipping:
Most of our customers submit immediate payment for their purchases - something we REALLY appreciate.  You deserve the same turnaround from us!  So we ship daily, Monday through Saturday.  Meaning that your item will ship either the same day as your payment, or the very next shipping day at the latest.  And you will receive an email confirming shipment as soon as your item is delivered to the post office, so you'll never have to wonder whether or not your order has been processed.

As for our shipping charges, you'll find that our rates are some of the least expensive on eBay!  We don't believe in making a profit by charging premiums on postage.

Packaging:
We take care with our packaging!  All items are neatly folded and tucked into a clothing-size storage grade ziploc for protection from water damage.  From there we slip items into either a waterproof Tyvek mailing envelope or box.

International Shipping:
We gladly ship worldwide!  But to address a frequently asked question, no, we will not mark international packages as a gift.  The value noted on the customs form will be the exact amount of your winning bid or purchase price, not counting what you pay for shipping.  Any customs-related fees assessed by various countries are the responsibility of the bidder.  We've been told that customs fees can be quite significant from country to country, so it's definitely something you'll want to research before bidding.

Feedback:
You deserve feedback immediately upon payment, so that's when we leave it for you.

Returns:
We gladly accept returns!  Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in the same unworn condition as received.  We refund the purchase price only, less shipping costs.  With that in mind, be sure to check stated measurements carefully to ensure a good fit, because no one wants to pay unnecessary postage... it can get expensive!  And if there's any question you may have that's not addressed in our detailed listings, just email us and we'll reply ASAP.
