packing
Packing is usually done using regular media envelopes which protect your
item so it can get to you in good condition. Any special instructions for
packing must be address to our shipping department using the contact info
listed on top of the page.

shipping
As a courtesy, we try to upgrade all of our orders to first class shipping
so your purchase can get to you faster than the usual media mail shipping
service. If you need any special shipping instructions please contact our
shipping department. We do not combine shipping cost of our auctions.

payment
We prefer payment using paypal which is widely accepted by most merchants
online as well as on form of Master Card credit card to make your offline
purchases. If you don't have a paypal account you can still pay using your
VISA, MC or AMEX which or you can get a new paypal account. We do not accept
checks, wire transfers or money orders.

returns
We do not exchange or accept returns in used merchandise and we only exchange
for an item of the same title for defective merchandise. Shipping is not
refundable if you return an item, returns on used DVDs at half.com are all
reported and tracked to minimize purchasing fraud, we are not NetFlix, if you
are unhappy about how a DVD item looks or expect perfect condition we recommend
you to buy only New items and pay a little extra. Please read very
careful that the item you are bidding on has all the qualities you are looking
for before making your selection.

APO/FPO
We do ship to APO/FPO and we reserve the right to deny sales to certain FPO
buyers, unless you
email us accepting all responsibilities of any lost of damage packages. The
postal service does not offer tracking in some APO/FPO packages.
