The Stitch Santuary is a licensed business in the sunny state of Nevada. Our inventory is stored in a smoke free studio. We have been in the embroidery and quilting business for 6 years and have now gone online to share our knowledge with others. When you buy from us, you know that you are getting a quality product.
SHIPPING
We ship in via USPS firstclass, priority, and express. We also offer UPS shipping for customers who prefer it. Always ask for a combined invoice so we can adjust the shipping for you.
Because we offer a wide selection of products it is hard to give a flat rate. But we do offer some special discounts. For example, shipping for 1-20 yards of material will max out at $5.50 (US customers). 20-40 yards $11, and so on.
Shipping for 1-40 threads will also max out at $5.50 (US Customers). You MUST ask for an adjusted invoice to take advantage of this offer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping, prices vary per country. The cheapest way to ship is first class but is can be slow. First class is available for items weighing under 4 lbs. For items over 4lbs, we ship priority and offer a $5 discount on all priority shipments.
Be aware that all custom charges must also be paid.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your item(s), please contact us within 3 days and we will work with you to make it right. If we can't fix it we will refund your money. Due to copyright laws, we cannot accept returns on embroidery designs or books. Please ask questions before you buy.
To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
