Why Do I Use eBay?
I am constantly on the lookout for very specific items that are related to
my Surname, WINSLOW or PERRY. Also, I am looking for any items that are
specifically related to the region in which I live (i.e. Statesville,
Troutman, Iredell, Monbo). I am also a collector of Gems, Minerals, Indian
Artifacts and quality Folk Pottery.Good deals related to this aspect of
my hobby are also always very welcome.

Shipping & Return
Information
Basically, my goal is for every buyer to be a
satisfied buyer. I know of no better way to explain the policy than to
simply state:
"If you are not pleased -
just let me know and I will take the item back."
Now, let me get more detailed. Your
return privilege has a limit of 21 days from the close of the auction as
documented on the eBay auction site for your item. If the
fault is mine, you ship the item back and I will refund the money. If you
made a mistake and the fault is not mine, you will be charged with the eBay
sellers expenses which is around 5% to 10%.
If you are a successful bidder on more
than one item, and want to combine the shipments to save money, the monkey
is on your back to let me know. I will need the eBay auction numbers and the
item descriptions for each item to be held for a single shipment.
I will work with you in any way that I
can to be sure that our relationship, though temporary, is a pleasant one.

If you're not satisfied with your item, we will be happy to work with you to fix
it. You can return it for a refund. We may not refund the shipping fees or eBay
charges - depending on the reason for your return. We want to make our customers

Some sellers offer a low price, but make a profit on "shipping & handling" or
other extra charges. I will NEVER hit you with a big handling fee or other extra
charges. Advertised shipping costs are based on my actual shipping cost or best
estimate only. No handling fees are added! We will combine shipping to save on

3. Customer Service/Fast Service
I pay personal attention to every order, and I want satisfied customers who will
come back again and recommend me to others. I promise to do everything I can to
satisfy you! I process my orders quickly after payment is received, typically
with shipping being five days or less. I also answer questions in a timely
manner although I cannot guarantee that I am on my computer and able to answer
your questions the last few hours of the auction. I am on my computer several
times a day so E-MAIL me with any questions, problems, or concerns and I will
answer promptly.
4. I Respect Your Privacy
I will never share your email or mailing address with spammers or
other marketers. I hate those people as much as you do. I only accept credit
cards through PayPal, so no one (not even me) sees your credit card number in
transit.
5. You can bid with confidence.
