Trading Circuit, a Circuit City business, specializes in offering a wide array of consumer electronics and other products at a discounted price. We've sold more than 35,000 products since launching in 2004, and our customers count on us for consistent, accurate descriptions of the products that we offer.

The majority of our products are customer returns, store display models, or due to excessive inventory.

• All items are opened/used unless clearly marked "brand new."
• Trading Circuit uses stock photos and generic descriptions for most auctions. Specifics on the item offered for sale are included in the Item Specifics section of the listing.

Items sold "as-is" have no warranty or return privileges. There are no exceptions.

Items listed in a condition other than "as-is" are guaranteed to work upon receipt. No additional warranties are implied or offered. If you receive an item that does not work, our return policy is as follows:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt that an item does not function as described.
• You must return the item to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges. The returned item must include all accessories and must be in the same condition as it was when we shipped it.
• Trading Circuit will confirm that the item does not work as advertised and that all parts/accessories have been returned. At our sole discretion, we will issue a refund, exchange the unit, or issue a store credit.

From time to time, we will offer products that have limited warranties beyond our basic guarantee of functionality. In all cases, this will be clearly marked in the listing.

We only ship within the United States of America. There are no exceptions to this policy. We do not ship to:

• APO/FPO addresses
• P.O. boxes
• U.S. Territories and Protectorates
• Countries other than the U.S.

We currently ship via FedEx and USPS only. Please see auction specifics for details. Tracking numbers are automatically provided in shipment notification emails. We do not:

• Offer combined shipping
• Allow local pickup (unless specifically stated)
• Ship collect or third-party billing

Packages are shipped within 2 business days of payment receipt. We ship Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays.

Payment is required within 3 days of auction close. If you do not pay for an item within 8 days, you will be reported to eBay as a non-paying bidder and the item will be re-listed.

Methods

• We only accept payment through the Kyozou checkout system. Please do not use the eBay checkout system.
• You will receive a checkout email within 24 hours of auction close. Please use the instructions within. You may also use one of the green checkout buttons in the auction to complete payment. You do not need to send a Request Total e-mail via eBay.
• We only accept payment via US PayPal accounts. PayPal allows you to pay using a major credit card or direct transfer from your checking account. Sign up for a PayPal account
• We do not accept money orders, checks, credit cards, or cash. You can use credit cards and eChecks via PayPal.

Sales Tax

• We are legally required to collect sales tax on items shipped to states in which Circuit City currently does business in a physical location. This includes the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY.

For CA residents, the applicable California Electronics Waste fee will be charged on all relevant items.

How much is shipping? Please use the shipping calculator located in the shipping & handling section of the auction. The information opens in a new window. If you have trouble viewing it, please disable any pop-up blockers.

Do you offer combined shipping? We are not offering combined shipping at this time, although we hope to be introducing this feature during 2007. You can, however, use checkout to pay for more than one item at a time.

Can I pick up my item? We do not offer local pick-up unless this option is specifically listed in the auction.

How do I know when my item shipped? We will email you tracking information when your item ships. View the status of your order and tracking information

What methods of payment do you accept? We accept payment via US PayPal accounts only.

Can I pay through anything other than PayPal? No. We accept payment only via US PayPal accounts. We cannot accept payment via money order, personal check, credit cards, cash, BidPay, wire transfers, or any other payment type. You must use the Kyozou checkout system to process payment. Kyozou is a certified eBay service provider. No exceptions to the payment process are allowed.

Is this product new-in-the-box (NIB)? All of the items we list are opened/used unless otherwise specified. The majority of our product comes from customer returns, store display pieces, and end-of-model-year liquidations.

What is your return policy? Any item listed "as-is" is not eligible for return or exchange (no exceptions). For items not listed "as-is," we accept returns only if the item is not as described. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the product. At our sole discretion, we will issue a refund, a store credit, or an exchange after the item is returned to us. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Does the auction include ... ? All items listed as included in the auction are included. If an item is not listed as included, it is not part of the auction.

I bid the incorrect amount. Can you retract my bid? eBay's Help section provides information about retracting your bid. We do not retract or cancel bids.

Someone else used my account. Can I get out of the transaction? You are responsible for the security of your eBay account. If a winning bid was placed with your account, you are expected to complete the transaction.

Why are you charging me sales tax? We are legally required to collect sales tax in the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY.

Why did you tax the shipping? Since our charge is shipping and handling, many states deem this to be a taxable service. In those states, we are legally required to collect sales tax on this charge.

Can I send you a tax exempt form? We sell products to end users only and cannot support tax exempt sales.

What is a CEW fee? For CA residents, the applicable California Electronics Waste fee will be charged on all relevant items. We are legally required to collect this fee on applicable items.

You can email us through the "seller information" box on any item page. We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers and strive to provide the highest level of service and excellence. We love positive feedback and will leave it automatically for everyone that leaves it for us. Please email us with any concerns or issues prior to leaving negative feedback, as we can only correct issues when we are aware of them.

• We answer email inquiries Monday–Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 a.m. EST, excluding major holidays. Please see our Products section for more information about the items we offer for sale. We generally respond to e-mails within 1 business day of receipt.
• Due to the number of items we list each day, we are unable to answer specific questions about individual items. Each auction listing includes all the information we have. If you have a general question about the item's features/functions, please search the web for additional information.
• If you have specific questions about an item and the answer is not provided in the listing, assume it does not have that feature/function and bid accordingly.
