WE LIVE AT THE RIVER'S EDGE IN BEAUTIFUL TENNESSEE....IT'S GOD COUNTRY WHERE YOU CAN WAKE UP EVERY MORNING AND NEVER HAVE TO PACK UP AND GO HOME. WE LIVED ABOUT 35 MILES AWAY ALL OUR MARRIED LIFE AND WHEN WE DISCOVERED THE EXCITEMENT AND BEAUTY OF THE TENNESSEE RIVER, WE CAME ON WEEKENDS AND HAD TO PACK UP ON SUNDAY AND GO HOME. WE REACHED A POINT IN OUR LIVES, WHEN THE KIDS WERE ALL GROWN AND GONE ON THEIR ON WAY AND COULD NO LONGER AVOID THE PULL TO LIVE ON THE RIVER. WE SOLD OUR HOME AND MOVED TO THE WATER. IN OUR AREA, IT IS CALLED "KENTUCKY LAKE" . WHEN TVA FLOODED THIS AREA, IT CREATED MANY LAKES.
WE ARE BOTH RETIRED NOW AND JUST DOING WHAT WE WANT TO DO. WE STARTED BUYING ON EBAY IN 2004 AND HAVE GROWN TO LOVE IT. WE HAVE PURCHASED MAN ITEMS. WE COLLECT COINS, IE STATE QUARTERS , RAILROAD WATCHES, VINTAGE JEWELRY, OLD TOOLS, KITCHEN ANTIQUES, VINEGAR CRUETS, WOODEN FIGURES OF ALL KINDS, WOODEN CUTTING BOARDS, DUCKS, IE OLD DECOYS AND DUCK FIGURES. REPLICA BOATS. YOU CAN SEE THAT WE HAVE COLLECTED FOR A LONG TIME. WE HAD NEVER SOLD ANYTHING UNTIL WE STARTED SELLING ON EBAY THE MIDDLE OF JANUARY. LOTS OF WORK, JUST TRYING TO GET IT RIGHT AND SELL. WE DO IT FOR EXTRA INCOME AND FOR FUN.
