Greetings and thank you for taking the time to find out more about us. We are currently an eBay "Gold" Powerseller and our rating reflects that we are an honorable vendor. Please be assured that you may bid with confidence on our merchandise.

Thank you for taking the time to find out more about us. Our company specializes in selling pre-owned notebook computer equipment and related accessories. Our merchandise is sourced from corporate leasing programs, manufacturer's closeout channels, liquidators and Fortune 1000 companies. It is inspected and tested by us before being offered on eBay. Unless otherwise stated all merchandise is offered with a 10 Day DOA warranty(please see terms of warranty in the individual listings).

We offer very economical and competitive shipping rates via the US Postal Service (USPS) to winning bidders within the United States and internationally. All bidders located in the United States and Puerto Rico will be emailed the USPS delivery confirmation # after their item is shipped. We make every effort to ship within 2 business days upon receipt of payment and the majority of items are shipped either the same or next business day. Non-US bidders are encouraged to request a shipping quote prior to bidding via eBay's "Ask Seller a Question" function. All non-US bidders assume full responsibility for paying all customs clearance charges and import duties into their country. Please do not ask us to declare a fake customs value. This is illegal and we don't do it. All customs declarations will be declared as merchandise and the value will be stated in accordance with the winning bid price.

Effective 6/21/03, our accepted payment methods are as follows (Please read carefully prior to bidding):

• US Bidders: PayPal (your account must have a confirmed shipping address), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), money order/cashier's check.

• Non-US Bidders: PayPal (your account must be international verified, the total value of the merchandise which you plan to bid on must be less than $200, you must be a member of eBay for at least 12 months and you must have a positive feedback rating of at least +10 and have no negative comments during the past 12 months. If you do not meet these criteria or if the total value of the merchandise which you plan to bid on exceeds $200, then you must obtain our permission to pay by PayPal prior to bidding.), Western Union money transfer, US dollar money order/cashier's check (from Canada only). We do not accept payment by bank wire transfer!

After the auction has ended, winning bidders will receive an email from us explaining shipping and payment options and requesting shipping and payment information. We expect all winning bidders to contact us within 3 days of the end of an auction and to complete their transaction within 10 days of the end of an auction. Exceptions to completing a transaction in more than 10 days are to be with our written consent only which must be given prior to the end of an auction.
