Under The Oak Sales was developed from the idea of having a yard sale under the huge oak that shades our front yard. So I began searching for ways to buy mass amounts of items for a reasonable price. I began going to auctions, estate and storage unit sales. I've found many items that local people have wanted immediately, such as furniture and items that are hard to ship. But the smaller items I keep for my ebay customers. As a disabled woman, sometimes my store runs short on inventory, but the items are sitting here waiting for their turn to appear in front of you on your computer monitor, so keep your eyes open, you never know what I might find...I never know what I might find, it is the hunt that thrills me, then to see someone bid on something I place for sale is even a bigger thrill.I will try to keep my prices low so not to ruin the yard sale theme, but occasionally I find items that are worth much more than yard sale prices and I have to ask a little more for them, please forgive me, but it must be done occasionally. I try to research each item in hopes of giving an accurate description, from books, toys, clothes, to new items. I hope that my finds are good finds for you as well.If you are in search of a particular item, I might have it sitting here and just not have it listed yet.
