Teonie Treasures is a legitimate, registered business. My name is Teonie and I work full time, and as a result I am unable to access the Internet during normal business hours. However every evening, on the weekends and public holidays, I have complete access and will be able to answer emails and send invoices. I am endeavouring to bring in new products all the time, though that does proceed slowly due to my full time work commitments. Paper, Envelopes and Punchies are my current specialties and enjoy the highest turnover of stock, though I do have many other products available. In addition to Art and Craft supplies I am also clearing out my books and other items around the home that I no longer want so you will find a few other Treasures in my Store.

If there are any problems with the products upon receipt or the level of service, please email me first. A friendly email will get you all the help you need whereas a nasty email will not be taken too kindly and will be dealt with accordingly.
I am an honest seller:
The only negative feedback I received was as a buyer. I was quite willing to pay the $2.50 postage for my cd, however, what I received was a $1 stamp on the envelope and about 20 cents worth of packaging. When I questioned this, the seller placed negative feedback for me and told me that the postage costs were clearly stated in accordance with ebay rules (this I agreed with) however she didn deliver the standard the price implied thereby making profit from the postage costs.
My postage costs are accurate, which is why I want to combine invoices on multiple purchases and only charge a nominal fee for plastic bags and other packaging, which covers my costs.
