We usually check and answer our email at least twice a day during the week -
Monday through Friday. We don't always check our email over the weekend. (If we don't answer in
that time, check here to see if we have an "out of town" note.) If we're not gone, it could mean our
IP or computer is having problems again. When possible, we will try to be online during the close
of our auctions in case a bidder has any last minute questions.

Feedback:
We believe strongly in posting factual feedback for every transaction we're a part of and expect honest feedback in return. Feedback is a vital resource in such an anonymous trading venue as eBay. It helps all of us establish who we want to do business with and what potential problems might be. If you are considering posting a neutral or negative feedback, please try to work it out with the other party first. Email them, repeatedly if necessary. Politeness goes a long way. However, we realize not all problems will be solved and there will be those who truly deserve a neutral or negative feedback. Then don't be afraid to post it. Not posting honest feedback is a disservice to the decent citizens of the eBay community. When we sell, we will post feedback when item(s) ship. Your ship date will be included in your FB. Feedback on a personal check will generally be left once the check has cleared.

Payment:
Payment must be in US funds, in one of these forms: Online payment via PayPal. PayPal accepts INTERNATIONAL buyers too! If you are using PayPal, please note that we will ship only to a CONFIRMED address. This is for your protection, and ours. Money orders & Cashier checks are always welcome. If you are sending a money order or cashier check, please be sure to fill it out completely and save your stub. Personal checks are accepted only with prior approval, and only if you have a feedback rating of 20 or more OR if we have had a successful transaction in the past. Personal checks take 7 - 10 days to clear our bank. Yes, we realize they clear YOUR bank in 3 - 5 days. However, then your bank has to let our bank know the check has cleared and then our bank has to let US know. Almost all commercial catalog companies ask for 6-8 weeks clearance on personal checks. They certainly have more resources than we do and I'd be willing to bet their profit margin is much higher too. As stated in our item descriptions, we do expect payment to be postmarked within 7 days after auction closes. If after bidding you find out you will be unable to honor the 7 day payment terms, please let us know ASAP. Negative feedback will not be left IF a buyer has the courtesy to let us know ahead of time about an extenuating circumstance. Let's keep in touch!

Shipping:
Here's our shipping policy... Shipping amount is for USPS w/Confirmation Tracking in the USA, unless otherwise stated. We package our merchandise very well with bubble wrap, peanut foam, & shredded paper as needed. We will ship on Tuesdays & Thursdays only, because of our work schedule after payment received. Items paid for by check ship after the check has cleared. Items won within 48 hrs. of each other can always be combined in one package to save you shipping costs! (Longer holds will be negotiated on a case by case basis)
Refunds:
Since this is an auction site and not a catalog, we accept returns for refunds, only if we have misrepresented the item. We strive very hard to disclose any flaws our products may have so that our bidders can make an informed bid. But if we inadvertantly miss something crucial in our description, it is only equitable that the buyer should receive a full refund when item is returned to us in the same condition we mailed it, buyer to pay for return shipping. If you feel we misrepresented a product, please contact us about it prior to leaving feedback and we will work with you to resolve it. Always email for a return authorization first, please. All others, "All Sales Final" no returns allowed. So please try to be sure before you bid and feel free to ask as many questions as you need to. We try to be very prompt in replying to emails. If at all possible, we'd like to save us both the inconvenience of a return.
