Welcome, and thanks for taking a moment to stop by! My name is Jennifer, and I’ve been selling on eBay for just about 10 years now...I can truly say that I’m enjoying it! Although my professional background is in management and financial servicing, I have surrounded myself with Antiques, Primitives and Folk Art for as long as I can remember, and eBay was the perfect catalyst to combine my strong business sense with my passion for working with and preserving the best of the old and true, not to mention my love for photography…it’s a perfect fit for me all the way around! After selling on eBay for several years (and 15 years of marriage), God blessed my husband and I with our first child, Savannah, who’s now a rather charismatic 5 year old! Thanks a bunch to all of my loyal customers over the years…you have supported my endeavors of pursuing a few of my life's greatest passions at the same time!
I’d also like to thank my dad for encouraging me to give eBay a try. I have to admit that I was rather skeptical back then that folks would be willing to buy antiques without “touching them,” but time quickly proved me wrong (you’re right again, dad)! :) I feel that it’s important to provide you, as a buyer, with a money-back guarantee. If your purchase fails to meet your expectations in person, please contact me via email within 3 days of the delivery date (on USPS's Track/Confirm page) to let me know what I can do to make things right. I take my established reputation of being easy to work with and trustworthy very seriously. With over 2,400 positive feedback comments, I feel that my goals are being met, and look forward to a future of continued customer satisfaction.
~ The Particulars ~
Bidding Please remember your bid is a contract. I willingly work with my customers through unusual payments delays, but otherwise follow eBay's standard procedures when payment is not received timely. You can expect to receive reminder emails when appropriate, followed by a Non-Pay Alert and appropriate feedback when contact or payment is not made. Bidding on my items indicates your acceptance of the above terms.
Payment Since it's my desire to extend personal and friendly service, you can expect to receive an email invoice from me within 24 hours of auction close. I kindly request a reply with your shipping address within 3 days, and receipt of your payment within 7 days of auction close. Paypal, Money Orders and Cashiers & Personal Checks are welcomed. If your check is returned due to NSF, you can expect to incur the returned item fee charged to my account by my financial institution.
Insurance In addition to offering the highest care in packaging my items, I provide my customers with the option of insuring their parcels (unless the listing states that it's required). Please consider that if insurance is declined, there will be no recourse if the parcel is lost or damaged once it has left my care. Buyers are responsible for filing any insurance claims. I will assist by forwarding helpful links and pertinent information when the insurance was purchased online, and will forward insurance receipts to the buyer by mail when insurance was purchased in person.
International With the exception of the countries which the U.S. Department of the Treasury has imposed sanctions against (as listed in USPS Publiciation 51), I generally welcome international bids and purchases, but please see each individual listing as I reserve the right to exclude specific items (or countries) based on the item being offered. Please note that I do trade honestly in all aspects and abide by all customs rules and regulations, including the accurate completion of customs forms. Merchandise will be declared with a value equal to your high bid and marked as "Other" (merchandise) on the custom form. Buyers are responsible for paying duties, taxes, and applicable customs brokerage fees separate from the merchandise cost; these additional fees may be charged by customs upon your receipt of shipment.
