Each piece we sell is carefully inspected upon receipt, individually photographed, hand measured, and individually described. If we note a problem at any time during that process the item is pulled and donated to charity. When an item sells it is inspected one last time just prior to delivery. On the rare occasion that we note a previously unseen flaw, we take the time to a) let the buyer know, b) submit an offer of compromise, and c) extend the buyer the option of declining to complete the transaction. We take pride in doing the right thing and will not push substandard merchandise out the door for the sake of a sale. Business is built one customer at a time, and we'd like to see you again!
