I am sorry you have to see the 2 big red negatives I received over the holiday. I offered these people another game even though I am not responsible for an item or items after they are mailed! People need to pay for insurance! I learned that the hard way the mail is not always delivered and sometimes it gets lost, sent to the wrong house, broken, misplaced, tampered with, or in this case stolen (not the mail carriers fault either)! I even sent these people a link to the local news about one case of the theft here. This has been going on for about 2 years now and I know it's not just happening here! I did send these items and I send all items that I sell after they are paid for and clear. And as most of you sellers and buyers I don't appreciate being called a lie or threatened with negative feedback when I'm not at fault! So please overlook these people and still buy. I am not the worst seller they say I am! I am a victim also and have had problems with the mail myself. In fact this is ironic 3 DVDs I paid Columbia House for 8 or 9 months ago and have been trying to get finally came today after months of calling and sending emails, and being told they had been sent! So it happens all the time, and please don't be so quick to blame the seller or buyer because sometimes it is not their fault! THANKS Lynn
