Policies
SHIPPING & INSURANCE
We will COMBINE items for shipping. If you check out through Vendio, it will combine for you and calculate a discount. If shipping costs are lower than what you paid, we will ALWAYS refund you the difference. Insurance is RECOMMENDED on every item. If you choose to not insure, we can not be responsible for any damage to the contents or lost packages due to shipping.
With great care we will pack and get your new treasure out as soon as we can after payment is received, usually within 24 hours. Please let us know if you have any special needs, like getting a package out fast for a birthday, etc. We will do out best to accommodate.
International Shipping: We will provide a recommended shipping method based on size, weight and value of your item. Your package will be declared commercial merchandise on all applicable customs forms and/or commercial invoices. Shipping cost does not include sales tax, VAT, GST, TVA, import export taxes, duties, fees or local carrier charges. These costs, if incurred, will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to adjust the calculated shipping cost for international shipments due to size, weight and other restrictions of each country.

ITEM DESCRIPTION: We do our best to accurately identify each item and give honest, descriptions. We have an extensive library of resources that we utilize. However, we are not experts in any particular field including glass, so on rare occasions we will mis-identify a piece, or circa year, or a flaw, etc. If you know more about an item we have up for auction, please let us know.
Because we believe that a picture is the best description of an item, we try to supply as many as we can. Please read the description carefully and ask if you have any questions before you bid.
RETURNS: If there is a problem please let us know within a 3 days of receiving the item so we can make it right. If your item has to be returned, we will gladly issue a full refund once we receive the item. If that would ever happen, we do reserve the right not to refund shipping.
NOTE: We Mark our Items with invisible ink, so please, DO NOT WASH item if you plan to return. We cannot accept returns if they have been washed.
