What we do is seek out remarkable lightning-rod ornaments; search for and locate sheaths and sprays to further highlight the crystal, glass, or brass; and artfully position and assemble these beauties onto the highest-quality copper lightning rods and bases…to create a sublime and exceptional house topper that not only protects your investment and your environment from tempestuous storms but also draws attention to your property with its light-catching and sun-reflecting properties and qualities.

We do not cater to collectors of drab and weatherworn lightning-rod ornaments of yore. Nor do we solicit the attention of those who prefer cheap and readily available stamped-tin rooftop weathervanes and the like. We may, from time to time, feature wild animals or barnyard fauna, but not of the type and style currently available elsewhere. Our offerings will include only full-bodied, cast metal (nickel, brass, or vintage spelter) galloping steeds with windblown manes; proud roosters; ibexes with full curved racks; and mythical four-legged creatures, such as spear-topped unicorns and the elusive Pegasus...not to forget the perched Gothic gargoyle on the lookout.

Plus, if you have a design scheme you are seeking to implement, or a motif you are hoping to develop for your home, we welcome special requests and will do our utmost to fulfill your wishes.

The bottom line is that we are here for you, the type of individual who intuitively understands that today’s singular home accessory is tomorrow’s highly sought-after collectible. You are the one whose individualistic choices evoke delight and esteem from all who cross your threshold.

What you may or may not know is that many of the commonly found, mass-produced weathervanes and other house toppers are not even fit to perform the function they were intended to serve. Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., has not bestowed their seal of approval upon many of these flimsy, ineffective products. Our lightning rods and bases, on the other hand, are approved by UL, and will perform their intended function. We select high-quality, UL-approved, 100% solid copper lightning rods, and we affix these to ingot-poured molten-copper malleable Missouri-style crow’s-foot bases. It just doesn’t get any better than this.

Each ornament and flourish that we attach to the lightning rods is rubber-mounted for stability and then secured with zinc-coated “lockers,” which will endure for generations of sturdy, dependable protection and ages-long visual appeal. Your ornamental lightning rod will survive the worst weather that Mother Nature throws its way—and remain beautiful in the process.
