My name is Igor and I live in Sacramento, CA.  I love the location of Sacramento because of the valley draft and the weather is always nice. There's also lots of places around it, which I enjoy.   I have a huge, beautiful home located almost in the heart of Sac.

  I just started a home based business on the eBay and I have a lot of clients wanting me to buy and sell. 

What I sell and Buy on eBay is almost never the same. I have clients that give me items to buy and sell that I will never see again. I sell and buy items like Vehicles, Car Parts, Books, iPod Accessories, Phones, Clothing, Hand Bags, Wallets, Computer parts mostly Memory Ram, Power Tools and many more items.

I'm located in Sacramento, CALIFORNIA, United States, and that's where all of my items ship from. I use USPS shipping most of time, and UPS for larger items. Insurance is available occasionally, and depends on the product. The price also varies.

I try to ship the product/s the same day – if possible, and next day, if not. Although, USPS/UPS shipping pace is incredibly quick, and I’ll always send you a tracking #, to confirm & verify the shipment process.

I ALWAYS accept PayPal. PayPal the safest and easiest way, to pay on E-bay. I DO NOT accept checks or money orders. If the product is a vehicle, and if it’s for pick-up, I may accept cash (in person).

I usually sell items that are BRAND NEW, and if that’s the case, then there are NO RETURNS or REFUNDS. The item will be in 100% working condition in that case. Although, for the items that are USED, I may specify a return policy. It’s usually return for a refund, but I’ll charge a percentage of the item’s total price for a restocking fee. BUT, if the used product is tested, and is in 100% working condition, there will be no returns & refunds.
