Hi, I'm Cindy Adamson. I'm called "the Tie-Dye Lady" everywhere now because I love to wear it. We like getting to know the folks that buy from us, and we've made many good friends along the way. I work the back room as an inventory manager for a big grocery store chain. I also tell my hubby "Uncle Joe" what to do, but I let him pretend he's really in charge! =) "Uncle Joe" Adamson is my hubby, and does all this neat eBay stuff for me. He had some health problems that got worse until he had to stop working and come home. We got married while he was in the Navy in the 80's, and it's been an adventure ever since! =) We sell tie dye and a variety of things on this ID, and I have one (Shippopotamus) for buying and selling anything and every thing! I haven't used it in a while, but I have some holiday buying to do! *shhhh! don't tell Joe!*
About Silver Dollar Outpost
The name "Silver Dollar Outpost" comes from Joe's maternal family name of "Dollar," and his niece, "Silver," in particular. Yes, "Silver Dollar" is her name! So, we took our store name from her, and her name comes from the money reference. Yes, we're waiting to see if she goes stark raving bonkers as she grows up... so far, so good! But she's only now reaching her teen years... we'll let you know how it goes, if you don't find out first on CNN! |
