Money orders/Cashiers Checks:

Do not send your payment without delivery confirmation. We simply don't have time for emails asking if your payment arrived. If you want to know if your payment arrived prior to us processing your order and emailing you stating we got it then pay for delivery confirmation.

Unique Blade will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from Unique Blade or any of our distributors and dealers. As no product is 100% effective against attack, Unique Blade assumes no responsibility if a product purchased from us is not effective in preventing bodily injury, dismemberment or death.

When purchasing any item from Unique Blade you the customer state the following:

1. You are at least 18 years of age and do not know of any local, state or federal laws that would prohibit you from purchasing or owning the items you are about to purchase.

2. At the time of purchase you understand that it is the customer's responsibility to investigate state, local and federal laws which may prohibit the use, or possession of any item sold by Unique Blade.

3. You the customer will hold harmless Unique Blade in the event that you violate any laws and that you also hold harmless Unique Blade in the event of injury, of any kind, associated with any item purchased.

Payment Terms:

Payment is expected to be made in full within 7 business days of the auctions close or a non-paying bidder notification will be filed! No excuses will be accepted for late payment.

Return Policy:

You must email our returns department and request an RMA# prior to sending your package back or it will be refused. No Exceptions! Please note you will then have to wait for your package to be returned then request an RMA# and if it is past the 10 day return policy due to your actions you will be out of luck. Unique Blade offers a 10 day warranty period after the item is delivered by which the item can be returned in the event the item is defective. Beyond the 10 day warranty period the item will not be covered for defects in any way, shape or form. No Exceptions! Most of the name brand items we sell do come with a factory warranty anywhere from 30 days to 1 year in length. If your item has a factory warranty then you need to contact the manufacturer in the event of a defective product if the Unique Blade 10 day warranty period has passed. In the event that Unique Blade deems your return to be a factory defect we will exchange the item at no additional cost to you for the exact same model. If the model is no longer available you will receive a store credit good toward any item of equal or greater value. If within the 10 day warranty period you decide you just don't like the item you may return it for a store credit minus a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping charges are non-refundable in any way, shape or form unless the item is deemed by Unique Blade to be a factory defect. Your item(s) must be returned in the same fashion as they were sent to you in. Any items tampered with, sharpened, disassembled or signs of customer repairs  in any way will be refused without discussion and sent back C.O.D.

Combined Shipping:

Do not win the auction and then decide to debate this policy. We will not discuss how our discount is offered before and certainly not after you win the auction.

Pay the highest S/H charge and each additional item will ship for 50% off the posted S&H. Swords only get a 25% discount. If you do not pay for insurance your item will not be covered in any way shape or form.
