Payment Info
Payment Terms: We require payment to be made within 7 days of the auctions END (if you are sending a Check or Money order by mail you have to notify us within 3 days that a Check/Money order has been mailed). Any bidder, who does not pay within 7 days of the auction's ending, will have negative feedback left and NPB filed with eBay. Please do not bid if you are not planning on paying.

Notice to PayPal users: We will not accept payment from PayPal if you do not have a US CONFIRMED shipping address on PayPal. And we do not accept Payments from International PayPal accounts. For these buyers, we will gladly accept BidPay.com payment services, or another payment method.
Shipping Info
APO Address: We do not ship to any APO address when paying with paypal.
Shipping & Handling: We have all shipping charges written in the auction for shipping price check the auction page. Please note that shipping and handling covers more than just POSTAGE. S&H covers the costs bringing this product to auction level (Packaging, Labels, Labor cost, and Transportation fees). If for any reason shipping charges are not in the auction, e-mail us for a price.
Optional S&H: For an additional fee, we can ship out your package a number of ways. We can have it shipped out FedEx next day air for $36.00, FedEx 2 day air for $27.00 or FedEx Express Saver (3 day air) for $24.00 most products can be combined, please email us and let us know in advance so we can let you know.
Combined Shipping: Most of the time we can combine orders with all other orders if you pay for all in one payment If you are interested in purchasing multiple auctions, please contact us for information on multiple shipping.
Additional Shipping: When we combine orders, we take the highest shipping charge of your order, and then every other product is charged at its additional shipping charge amount (depending on weight). This will allow you to save a substantial amount of money on shipping.
Shipment date: 1-14 business days after receiving payment, usually orders are shipped within 3 business days.
Insurance for delivery: You can add insurance for up to $200 it will be $1.50, for every $100 add another $1.50. Please be aware that we will not be responsible for packages that are not insured. we can not offer insurance for oudside the USA only on high end items.
Bidding Policy
Buyer's Feedback: We reserve the right to remove ANY bidder whose feedback is under 0. If we do remove a bid, we will email you stating the reason why. By bidding on our product, you agree that we can remove your bid for feedback reasons.
Sales Tax: We collect Sales Tax for NY, NJ and CT Residents.
Feedback Policy: We always leave positive feedback after we receive positive feedback. Please do not ask for feedback before you left feedback.
Returns
Defective Products: If your product is DOA (Dead on Arrival), we will replace it if you contact us within 15 DAYS of your RECEIPT.
Exchanges & Returns: We offer a 30-day warranty with exchange only (no refunds) on refurbished items. New items come with a one-year manufactures warranty and the Manufacture should be contacted with any problem. And if you have any problem with your item please email us and include your name, address, item number and the problem you're having and we will email you an RMA # however shipping amount will not be refunded. Software that has been opened will NOT be accepted. Items that are shipped out of the US we do not warranty. If you are interested in buying any of our auctions, please email us.
