 ART CARDS : EDITIONS and ORIGINALS
I suppose this is just a natural extension of my sportscard collecting. ACEOs are basically 2.5 inch X 3.5 inch (sportscard) sized works of art. I started creating them in 2004. The pieces you will see for sale in my store are all editions, or prints, of original works of art done by me. Each title is strictly limited to just 9 pieces, and will NEVER be reprinted. The originals will not be sold until after my death. Each one is printed on acid free, archival paper, and is encased in an acrylic snap tight holder. These little gems will be numbered of 9, and will be hand signed by the artist (me)!

 ABOUT ME
Hi ! My name is Joe Hartline. My id is more a reference to my conversion to Christianity than to what I will actually be selling. I am a collector of things. I usually get hooked on a collectible and will buy it until I either get bored, or run out of money. Most of the things I will be selling are items that I was passionate about at one time or another, but have lost interest in. Some of the things I just got a deal on and thought I could resell. I promise to keep things interesting, and fresh. I also promise that I will deal as fairly as I can with everyone. I won't sell you junk, unless I tell you it's junk beforehand. All my items will be well described and any flaws will be pointed out. I can't really think of anything I have that isn't worth looking at. Once I get the store up and running I will be available most of the time. I don't sleep well, and I'm not a television watcher, so eBay has become an addiction for me!! POLICIES
I keep shipping costs to a minimum, I offer a moneyback guarantee if the item(s) are returned in my package and in the same condition as when sent, unless damaged in transit, and are returned within 3 days of receipt. I will not ship out of USA. I will leave feedback once my buyers have recieved their items & are pleased & leave me feedback first (i do this as the only way i know my buyers are happy & have recieved their items).
SHIPPING
I ship USPS, and will ALWAYS ship the safest, cheapest way possible. There will be a small handling fee (just enough to cover materials needed) and I will ship 3 days after payment clears. If you need something overnight, I'll try to work it out, but I am truly disabled and no longer move very quickly. All items must be insured! I combine shipping, insurance, on multiple purchases made within a 24 hour time period. Please let me know if you are bidding on more than one of my items after the first sale.
RETURNS
I will gladly accept returns on any of my items if not received exactly as i described it or if it is damaged in shipping. I will either replace it or refund the purchase price less the shipping charges.
I don't make any extra money off of shipping! Insurance will be required for all of my items!
