Value Street Terms of Sales

By bidding on this item, you hereby agree to the following terms:

1. Respond to VALUESTREET via email within 3 days of winning the auction.

2. VALUESTREET reserves the right to cancel any transaction if payment is not received within 7 business days in which we will then relist the auction.

3. Insurance is usually not required, but highly recommended.

4. VALUESTREET will not be responsible for lost or damaged items that are not insured.

5. If an insurance claim is necessary, item must be returned to VALUESTREET in its original packaging and unharmed...a refund will be provided once item is received as long as it was untouched, unharmed. Sorry, all postage paid is non-refundable.

6. We will accept a personal check, cashier's check, money order or Paypal.

7. Personal checks must be cleared (approx. 10 business days) before item will be shipped.

8. All shipments by VALUESTREET are generally made within 2 - 3 business days after payment is made by Paypal or money order, unless otherwise mentioned.

9. International bidders must email for shipping/handling quote before bidding!

10. Non-responsive and non-paying bidders risk the probability of unfavorable feedback and appropriate notification to ebay.

11. There is a $20.00 service fee for all returned NSF checks.

12. Feedback will be provided after we receive feedback from you.

13. We realize there are exceptions and we are flexible, but only if we are notified ASAP.

14. All sales are final unless otherwise mentioned in ad.

15. If bidding on multiple items, please be sure to send us a message to let us know the items you are bidding on.

16. If you win multiple items from us, the payment for all items must be made at one time and you must let us know what items you won.

17. If you are making your payment via Paypal, we will only ship to CONFIRMED ADDRESSES. Sorry, we will not ship to gift recipients. This is for the buyer's safety.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON SHIPPING/HANDLING:

Shipping: Buyer to pay for shipping/handling and insurance if requested. Our handling fee covers packaging materials and USPS online fees. We will combine shipping on multiple auctions, when appropriate.

USA BIDDERS: Insurance is always recommended as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. On some items, insurance will be required (usually on breakable items). See individual ad for information. Most items will be shipped USPS parcel post or 1st Class unless otherwise specified in ad. Books, CDs and videos will most likely be shipped via media rate. Occasionally we use UPS or FedEx for heavier items.

If you have a shipping preference not listed in the ad or need the item shipped via Priority Mail to get the item sooner or would like to try to get a less expensive method of shipping, please ask for a new shipping/handling price.

International Bidders: Shipping is normally through the US Postal service for shipments outside the U.S. With the heightened security measures taking place, actual delivery could take longer than normal. Please email us for a s/h quote before bidding so there's no surprises (as international shipping can be costly). International buyers are expected to pay in US funds via Paypal. Generally, International shipments are shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. International bidders may be required to pay an additional fee for customs or a tariff on imported items. This would be charged by buyer's Country and not the seller. International buyer should check with his/her Postal Service or customs office, to verify if there are any additional fees.

Usually a small handling fee of $1 - $2 is added to the shipping cost. This fee covers the ad cost, packing materials (bubble wrap, etc) and the box or padded envelope, if applicable. We also pay someone to take packages to the post office for us so this fee also helps to cover this.

Please understand our shipping/handling fee before bidding.

We want you to be happy with your purchase so feel free to email us any concerns or questions before you place a bid.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION: Please understand that when items are classified as Mint, Excellent, Very Good or Good in our ads, this IS IN OUR OPINION. Everyone has their own definition of these terms. We inspect everything as closely as possible. Please feel free to ask any questions via email before you bid. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and feel that we did not classify the item properly, please email and let us know. We strive to have 100% customer satisfaction. Most items (such as cosmetics, videos, cd's, etc.) are "All Sales Final". If we will accept a return, the buyer is responsible for the postage of returning the item. The refund is provided after we receive the item back. If it is anything breakable or if the purchase over $20, insurance on the package you're returning will be required. Sorry, but all postage paid is non-refundable.
