Welcome Ebayer Hi! Glad to see you checking up on me. My name is Van Donovan. I'm a university graduate from Southern California. I graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and obtained a degree in English. I now live in Southern California and do weird jobs and sell stuff on eBay to try to pay the bills. What I bid on Currently I'm interested in rather obscure collectables and vintage/retro clothing. Novelty George Harrison items, such as CDs I don't have (mostly his Traveling Wilbury stuff), posters, books, pins, figures, buttons etc. I collect almost anything to do with Brian Epstein (when I can afford it), such as books about him, autographs, handwriting samples, etc. I also love ties in clever or interesting patterns, or with novely characters on them (such as Star Wars). I collect animation cels occasionally, namely from Cardcaptor Sakura, Unico and Escaflowne, but I've been known to buy outside those genres. I also collect toys, namely action figures or My Little Ponies (and such), mostly from cartoons or movies. My main eBay purchases tend to be vintage clothing as I dress in a very retro last 60's, early 70's style and eBay has some great deals on some awesome items. :) I've recently begun being interested in the British television series "Doctor Who" and have started collecting from this, mostly in the form of figurines, books, posters, autographs and magazines. I'm especially interested in the actor Frazer Hines and have been buying things related to him, including non-"Doctor Who" things that relate to him, such as "Emmerdale Farm" items. I'm also interested in Patrick Troughton as the Second Doctor and Tom Baker as the Fourth Doctor, as well as Matthew Waterhouse as Adric. These are my main items of choice, but I do buy outside these areas as well.
