Hello and welcome to About Me !

My name is Varda I live in Tel Aviv Israel. For as long as I remember my self I was doing designing and hand crafts. I graduated the "Renanim" art high school  in painting and sculpture. Over the years I designed women's dressing, and accessories . In the last years I discovered the huge verity of beautiful materials for jewelry making and became hooked.

Now I am a full time jewelry designer and love every minut. It fascinates me to start from nothing, just beads and stones, silver and strings and chains, and start my design. Some times it takes a bit until the idea I have in my mined comes together, other times it comes out during the work and some times I just wake up at night and I know exactly what I want, and how my jewel will look like. My inspiration comes from everywhere, nature, traveling around the world, and fashion magazines.

I love fashion and keep an open eye for trends, but always give something of myself in every jewel I create.

A few months ago I started listing here at eBay. Its all new to me and I can only hope for the best on selling my work.

I believe every woman likes jewelry, and a nice jewel will always upgrade "last year's" dress. I hope you can fined  the right and suitable jewel for you in my unique special one of a kined designs, and men can fine the perfedt gift for their loved ones.

my hobbies and interests

Among my artistic hobbies is photography, I like to take pics of about everything, and some times it gives me ideas and inspiration for my work. Israel is a sunny, bright and colorful county, and that has an impact on my work. I like colors, bright strong and shiny, but on the other hand soft and delicate too. Especially I like my jewelry in the sun, when they glitter and flicker.

As you can see I have a cat. Jasmin, she is 12 years old but behaves like a baby, when she hops into my leap while I work and makes herself comfortable, just to be with me.

Another hobby / passion of mine is traveling! Around my country, and around the world. I love to visit new places it inspires me, with its smells, tastes, lights and colors.

I spend a grate deal in Sweden, where I became familiar with handmade glass, and that is another hobby of mine. I bring beautiful glass items, mostly candle holders, all handmade and mouth blown by Swedish artists. I bring them as gifts to my friends, but I will try to sell some here at eBay. I'm sure you will like them.
