At viki's serendipity, we sell jewelry, health and beauty products, collectible items, QVC products, HSN products, Shop at Home products and items from well known retailers.  All of these sources provide only the highest quality items.  These items are a culmination of over twenty years of collecting jewelry and gemstones, collectible stuffed animals, and a potpurri of unique and unusual items.  The products in the jewelry line are an eclectic mixture of exotic gemstones, unique designs, and one of a kind finds.  The prices are competitve and considerably below retail.  Most of the items are one of a kind, hard to find items.  We have a large collection of rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces and skin care products.  The jewelry is composed of some rare and hard to find gemstones and materials.  The selection is varied and we do not have it, just ask and we will make every attempt to locate it.  Our return policy is very generous.  If your item is not as advertised, let us know by way of email within 14 days of receipt and we will exchange it, replace it, or provide a cash refund, as long as the product is returned in its original packaging. 

Our customer service is excellent as demonstrated by a 100 percent positive feedback rating.  If you have a problem or question, please notify us immediately and we will make every effort to resolve any issue in a positive and pleasant manner.  Never assume anything, always ask.  We are more than willing to go the extra mile to answer any concern or question.  Email is usually addressed in the evenings, but efforts are made to check periodically 24 hours around the clock, as time and schedule allows, to address any and all concerns.  It is our policy that no issue is too small or insignificant to address.   Please feel free to resend email if you do not receive a response.  We do ask that you allow at least 24 hours for a response as some questions require research to address.  If you would like to see more pictures of an item, let us know and we will attempt to provide you with as many views as possible.  You, the buyer, are our number one priority.  Your satisfaction is our primary goal.  If a store item has sold out, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar or related item of equal or greater value with no additional cost to the buyer.  We do not list items that we do not have in stock, however, sometimes errors do occur and items may inadvertently get duplicated during the listing process.  The item replacement will not be made without the prior approval of the buyer.  All efforts will be made to find an exact replacement for the item but, since most of the items in the store are one of a kind items, this may not be possible.  Of course, should the buyer not want a susbstitution, all funds tendered for the item will be refunded in full.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We ship anywhere in the United States as long as there is a street address.  Packages cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.  We use USPS Priority Mail.  This may cost a little more but it has been determined to be the safest, quickest, and most reliable method of shipping.  Items are packaged well to prevent damage during shipping.  Items are shipped in a Priority mail cardboard box.  It has been this seller's experience that when items are shipped in soft sided envelopes the contents of the package can be determined by feeling for the shape of the contents.  For example, if an unscrupulous person were going through other people's packages and felt a ring box or other item, they might open the package and remove the contents.  I myself received a package in a bubble envelope that had been torn open.  The ring box was still inside the package in the closed position but the ring had disappeared. 

We charge a $2.00 handling fee for the cost of packaging the item.  This covers the expense of the jewelry box, padding, and personnel that do the actual packing. All seams of the package are securely taped.
