In order to offer a large variety of items at the best prices and offer fast, efficient, and accurate service we have most of our items shipped directly from the warehouse that does the shipping for our web store ( http://www.vgepets.com ). This results in excellent service for all of our customers. Normally, items are shipped with 1 or 2 business days of receiving confirmed payment. There are rare occasions when the warehouse runs into unexpected supply challenges. When we learn of this, we immediately end all affected auctions to avoid disappointment, but there may be a rare time when we don't learn of the challenges soon enough. If there ever is a delay in shipping, we will promptly notify you of the exact status of the order and keep you informed as to what to expect.
