Q. What are your U.S.A. shipping prices and methods? Most packages are shipped from Westminster, Maryland U.S.A. via United States Postal Service. Occasionally we might have an item shipped from one our many other offices.

For destinations outside the United States please visit our International section for Global details.

Shipping charges on standard shipments for clothing & lingerie are usually and subject to change at any time $7.50 for the first item and only $2.00 for each additional item won within a 3 day period and paid for all at once.

Delivery will either be made via U.S.P.S Priority Mail with delivery confirmation & tracking number, or with UPS ground shipping including a tracking number and insurance for up to $100. Each of these services takes approximately 2-5 days shipping time.

Q. How much is shipping for shoes, to a U.S. destination? Shipping costs for Shoes shipped to any US address will be posted in auctions description. Most shoes are shipped via UPS ground and include tracking number and insurance for up to $100.00.

If you want your shoes shipped to a Military Address please e-mail me first so I can make arrangements for shipment to you, and adjust shipping rates properly. Please add $20.00 if you must have your shoes delivered to a P.O. Box. We can not ship to P.O. boxes. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses, therefore your merchandise would have to be shipped once to our office, and then a second time to you. All Hawaii & Alaska deliveries please add $10.00 to the U.S.A. shipping cost posted in the ad description.

Q. What are your international postage rates? International customers are always welcome at VII! Shipping costs for clothing & lingerie to international destinations will usually be $8.00-$10.00 for the first item and only $2.00 extra for each additional item won within a 3 day period and paid for all at once. Delivery will be made via USPS global priority mail.

Shipping shoes internationally is a little bit more. Because our shoes ship directly from our manufacturer and our manufacturer does not ship to international addresses the shoes must first be shipped to VII then be forwarded to you. Please expect to pay a minimum of $25.00 for shipments and allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please do not bid without emailing me for international rates first.  If you bid without contacting me first you will agree to these terms.

Q.Whats the hold up? i’m anxioius to get my things? “Unfortunately we do not ship via “beam me up eBay” morph-mail. EBay is not our life or death commitment. EBay is a part-time adventure that makes a fraction of what our other stores make. We refuse to tolerate arrogant demands, nasty emails and impatient customers. If you start acting like a stalker we will cancel your order, and file for our listing fees back, Sorry.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. You should typically receive your merchandise within 2 weeks after payment verification. Allow 1 week for processing and 1 week for shipping. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Standard U.S.A. shipping usually arrives at its final destination within 7-14 business days, but on rare unfortunate occasions it can take anywhere up to three weeks to receive your package. Once your package is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. We use U.S.P.S. for most of our shipments. Shipment Confirmation via Email

On the day your order is shipped, we will email you a shipment confirmation showing what was shipped, and how it was shipped. If a tracking number is available we will include that too.

 

 

Q.How do I combine my items to save on shipping? We are more than happy to combine shipping on multiple items purchased within a 3 day time-frame and paid for all at the same time. Our standard combine shipping discount for U.S.A. and International orders is only $2 extra for each item! When you win or purchase sexy items from VII you will be sent an invoice that will offer you the choice to pay right away. If you plan on winning more items, or buying more items please wait until you are finished (as long as it is in a 3-day period). Now when you receive your invoice it will allow you to combine your purchases for the discounted price quoted in ad. *Sorry shoes do not apply for shipping combination discounts.

Q: What other charges are involved with International shipments? You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Neither the US Postal Service nor VII can be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for Customs' clearance must be borne by you. VII has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Each country has their own Customs' regulations that may or may not charge for certain types of merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from VII, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We describe the contents for customs forms purposes as clothing or apparel. Each order will be accompanied by a Customs' form that will document what is in the package and provide a dollar amount of the value of the package. If something is damaged, they will need to know the value of the item(s). You should contact your local Customs' office for further information.

Q. Is my box going to say Exotic, Fetish, Sexy, & Erotic on it? We know that privacy is important to you and we guarantee your complete privacy. All VII packages that are shipped from www.viioleteyes.com or eBay VII sales are in discreet packaging usually plain, white & blue postal packaging or just plain brown. The words lingerie, fetish, exotic, apparel or anything other than the addressee addresser and postal requirements do not appear on the outside of your box. Every order includes a packing slip inside the envelope or box which shows the name and address of the buyer, our contact information, the prices and the items purchased.

If you are wishing to send your package as a gift please let us know at checkout so we can insert a slip without prices. If you don't let us know it is a gift, the prices will be included on the packing slip.

Q. When can I expect to receive feedback? Our feedback is generated through our Auction Management service. The auto generation does not provide feedback until the transaction is complete. That means that the item has been paid for, shipped, received, and positive feedback has been left for us. At that time, your EBay user id is picked up through the system and positive feedback will be left for you automatically. If for some reason you do not want to receive feedback from us, please do not leave any feedback for us. If you choose to leave us negative feedback before attempting to resolve any problems, we will accept this as final resolution to the matter.

Be sure to take the three steps to returning with RA # before mailing your package.

STEP ONE

You MUST include your RA # in your package.

TIP: if you include an additional written RA# on the outside of your package the return will be much easier, therefore making processing quicker, although it is not necessary.

STEP TWO

You MUST include one or more of the following in your package:

1. A copy of your original packing slip

2. A copy of your order confirmation email
3. The name and address of the original purchaser

4. EBay item number and userid

Tip: Your local post office (in the U.S. only) provides free boxes and envelopes if you use Priority Mail, but for packages of 11 ounces or less, First Class postage is cheaper and for packages of 2 pounds or more, you might find Parcel Post to be a better value. Also, you can usually reuse the container in which you received your order. For example, if you received your order in a plastic envelope, it can sometimes be turned inside out and then sealed with a piece of tape. Similarly, if you received your order in a box, you can reuse it as long as any old postage or address labels are covered or crossed out. Most returns are processed within 1-2 weeks after being received, but please allow up to 30 business days.

Q. Where is my package? You should have received a shipping confirmation email from us the day your order was shipped. If you have not received this email, please let us know and we will resend the email.

If your order was shipped via the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail, you should receive it within 5 Business Days from date of shipment. If it has been longer than 5 days, please check with your local Post Office to see if they are holding the package for you. Many Postal workers do not feel comfortable leaving packages when no one is home and may have left a pick up notice in your mail box

If your order was shipped via the United Parcel Service, a tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. Please go to the UPS Package Tracking page to view your package's status.

Note: there are no tracking numbers for Postal Service Packages, only delivery confirmations.

In the unlikely and unfortunate event your package has been lost, please be patient. Our number one priority is to ensure customer satisfaction. Please contact us if you feel your package is delayed or may be lost.

Q.Why Is my item on backorder? All items are IN-STOCK at the time of listing!! However, due to extremely popular demand at eBay, our web-store, and our boutique certain items may not be readily available. These items will be shipped immediately upon arrival in finished goods. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Our goal is to provide each of our valued customers’ total satisfaction with each purchase. We are sorry that this occasion exists but it does, and we can not help it when it happens.

We have no control over an item on backorder. We are a retailer. Our manufacturing companies have separate inventory schedules. When we run out of a product we order more from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer has the item in stock, the wait is usually less than two weeks. If the manufacturer is also out of stock, the wait can be several weeks to several months.

We appreciate your patience and your business.

When this certain rare situation arises we will email you within 1 week to notify of the situation, offer our apologies to you and the following three alternative options:

1 .Full amount of purchase refunded to you immediately.

2. If you ordered more than one item at the time of purchase, we can send you a partial order until y our other item(s) are available. We will then ship your backordered item(s) with no freight charges.

3. You can wait and your item (s) will ship on or before the estimated shipping date stated below.

Q. What is your refund/exchange policy
? Due to U.S. Health Regulations, we are unable to offer refunds or product exchanges. The only exception is due to manufacturer defects or error in shipment. All returns must be made within seven days from the time you receive the merchandise. You MUST contact one of our staff before any refunds/exchanges in order to receive your RA number. Due to the nature of our most of products we will only accept exchanges when Item is returned in its original package, with all original tags attached.  We do not exchange any other item of an intimate nature at all or in used condition.

Please do NOT send anything back to Viiolet Eyes unless authorized by one of our staff. If you send back any items without authorization we will discard your item and you will not receive any credit. Please keep in mind we want you our Valuable Customer to be satisfied. However, exchanging any intimate items is not acceptable. All exchanged items are subject to a $7.50 shipping & handling fee or $2.00 restocking fee. Shipping charges and gift wrapping charges are not refundable. If there is a balance owed to Viiolet Eyes, we ask that you enclose a money order, personal check (payable to Viiolet Eyes) or well concealed cash in an envelope of $7.50 for the s&h of your exchanged item. You will receive an email confirming the arrival of your return, and then another email confirming your re-shipment or refund. All authorized refunds/exchanges will be made within 30 calendar days from the date we receive your item. Absolutely no exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 15 calendar days from the date we approve your order.

Shoes: If the shoes are defective please make a note of the area you believe to be defective.  The shoebox must be sent back in the same condition it was sent to you.  Please make sure that the shoebox is not written on or damaged.  The shoes must also be in the same condition.  There is a service charge of $3.00 for any repackaging. Exclusions:  1. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged. If I receive any of the above exclusions, your package will be destroyed and you will receive nothing. As always, we warrant our items to be as described and stand behind all of our products 100%.

Q. You sent me the wrong item, can I send it back? In the unfortunate event of you receiving the wrong color, the wrong size or the item was defected please contact us to request your return authorization number. Anything sent to Viiolet Eyes without RA # will be discarded and there will be no refund or exchange. Shipping charges and gift wrapping charges are not refundable. If there is a balance owed to Viiolet Eyes, we ask that you enclose a money order, personal check (payable to Viiolet Eyes) or well concealed cash in an envelope of $7.50 for the s&h of your exchanged item if applicable.

You will receive an email confirming the arrival of your return, and then another email confirming your re-shipment or refund.

Q.T his doesn’t fit me; may I exchange it? Due to the nature of our most of products we do not exchange any items that “do not fit”. Make sure you view our size charts before making any purchases.

Q. Is this item available in a size small and color white? We are constantly updating our inventory in both our eBay store and our online web-store to bring you the most extraordinary items available. Q. How do I know if your merchandise is available for purchase? If an item is in stock it will be shipped within 3-6 days unless Express Shipping has been purchased. We try and keep the eBay store and our website as current as possible. If the item you have purchased is not in stock we will email you within seven days of your order and let you know exactly when your purchase will be shipped out. Sometimes an item will be permanently unavailable, usually holiday items and old inventory that is being sorted through to be removed from the store or site and hasn’t been done yet.

In the event of you ordering something that is discontinued you will receive an email notifying you within 24 hours to let you know that we are unable to process your order. You will have the option of choosing something of equal value instead of the discontinued item; otherwise we will refund your full amount immediately.
