A Word About Certificates of Authenticity or COA'sIf you want a COA, I can download a program and print one out for you. For vintage advertising, a COA is not really necessary. The purpose of a COA is to prove authenticity and is more important for valuable art or autographs. If you look at my listings, you will see I tell you exactly where the ad originated. I give you date and source. Many times you will find that the publisher included the name of the journal and the date on the page. Major exceptions to this include Fortune magazine, The Fra and most magazines published prior to 1910.
