| Old friends, old houses, old junque...I love them all. From the overflow of my closets (or lack thereof) I bring you the best of midwestern garage sales, estate auctions, and thrift stores. I get a strange kind of satisfaction from finding a home for orphaned dishes, lonely funk and castoff artwork. I guess it's a kind of metaphor for me: redeemed, remade and re-purposed. I look for things that have a history, that were loved before and evoke good memories. I am drawn to practical household items, classic clothing, and enduring collectables. I don't do uptight and formal. |

| Just like a lot of my stuff, I am not perfect. I am a wife, mom of three little kids, and the owner of a really hairy dog. I'm kind of a workaholic, but I have a good sense of humor. I'm telling you up front that some of your money is going to other people in the world who desperately need it. But don't let that be enough....find your own way to brighten up the world....this is mine. |
