My kids ROCK!!!

I just may have been born in the wrong era as I love most things about the "old days". Anything from the WWII era through the 80's is far more interesting than the fashions of today. I love to shop flea markets and swap meets to find those special items from simpler times. I especially love vintage handbags and dresses! So what I love, I also love to offer for others to enjoy. I sell only authentic vintage and do NOT alter my stuff to mimic vintage styles. I will not chop a dress shorter to make it a mini or sell a child's coat as a garment for a "Tiny Adult", just not my style! If you like my stuff, buy it. You will not be disappointed!

 I am a mother of 4 and a grandmother of 2. I sell on Ebay to help put my last 2 kids through college, so all sales are really contributions to my kids college fund, a great cause! So buying my stuff is more than just fun, it is also furthering the education of our next generation!

 I have 3 dogs, 1 cat, a koi pond, a turtle and a bull frog. I love to garden, pulling weeds is very theraputic and good for the soul. Ebay is not my entire life, it just helps make it more manageable.

Since I have been selling on Ebay, I have learned these valuable lessons and would like to pass them on to you. I will be adding to the list as I learn more so read on!:

1. You cannot please everyone, no matter how hard you try. (but try anyway!)

2. Some people will leave negative feedback no matter what you do or how you handle the situation, so don't take it too seriously!

3. There ARE a lot of honest people out there.

4. There are ALSO a lot of dishonest ones.

5. You can NEVER have too many handbags nor too many pairs of shoes! These I consider necessities, not merely accessories. (though my husband may not agree)

6. Who needs to park a car in a garage when you can fill it with fun stuff? (again, my husband does not agree)

7. Have fun, be honest, and try to be fair.

8. some Ebayers are just plain MEAN!

9. some Ebayers become good friends (i.e.wiseoldowl!)

10. hide your favorite stuff from your teenage daughter!

11. Vegas rocks!

12. Do NOT take your feedback TOO seriously! There is nothing you can do about the negative, so move on.

13. Repeat customers are so COOL!

14. New customers are so cool!

15. I guess I didn't need a guest room as much as I needed more room to store my STUFF!!

16. I may have been a "dirty hippie" (my daughters expression), but now all my stuff is back in style.

17. Imitation may be a form of flattery, but I CRINGE AT being copied! So I like to change it up a bit! It keeps things interesting, also.

18. Some people will buy anything, but that does NOT mean I can honestly sell it to them!

19. What goes around comes around, and will eventually be for sale on Ebay!

20. There were maxi, midi and mini dresses,all of them are cool!

21. I love to hear from my customers, it makes me smile!

22. Do NOT compare yourself to other sellers. Stay true to what YOU do!
