Terms of Service

Payment:

PayPal is the fastest and easiest way to pay for your purchase. I highly recommend it and am happy to help you through the process if you need help signing up for the service. I only accept credit cards through PayPal.

You can also pay by money order, or check. Buyers with ratings of 10+ can send checks and not have to wait for them to clear.

Buyers using PayPal or money orders get shipped within 24 hours (except for weekends and holidays) upon receipt of payment.

Shipping:

I try to pick the most effective way of shipping an item without costing you a lot of money. I base that on the weight of your item, the value of your item, the fragility of your item, and postal regulations. I only ship through USPS.

Insurance is required on any auction or combination of auctions that go over $25 in closing price. Insurance may also be required if your item is particularly fragile.

If you have a winning bid on more than one of my auctions I will combine on them.

If you are not happy with the type of shipping I’ve chosen we can discuss alternate possibilities as long as it doesn’t compromise the safety of your item or violate postal regulations.

International Payment:

I accept PayPal from my international buyers. I also accept money orders but they must be International postal money orders in US dollars.

I cannot accept a bank money order unless a US branch of the bank is listed on the money order. Some Canadian banks have US branches, but it must be listed in order to qualify.

Any other kind of money order will cost 8.00 (my bank's fee) to deposit.

International Shipping:

International buyers are always welcome. If you wish to know the amount of shipping or if you have any other questions please feel free to email before the auction closes.

Otherwise I will recalculate your shipping costs after the auction closes once I know what country you would like your purchase sent to at that time.

When I fill out the import form I will mark your package as merchandise as required by law. I estimate the value of your package to be ONLY the closing price of the auction (without the postage). If the item is used I will mark it as such on the form.

Canadians- I often find that shipping to Canada is not very much more than the US. Usually it’s only a 1.00 or so. The exception can be heavy items since the postal rates seem to go up exponentially with those!
