As A Collector and Vintage Clothing Enthusiast
My love for sewing, designing and collecting vintage beauties eventually led me to obtain a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Fashion Design. Since graduating, I’ve worked in the industry as a an apparel and costume designer over the years. Fashion, particularly vintage clothing and history there of, has been a passion of mine for a long time now. I especially admire designers who paved the way creating exquisite garments that not only are pleasing to the eye but are also thought provoking. On that note, probably not a big shocker but Elsa Schiaparelli is my all time favorite designer and whom I've been most inspired by. In my eyes, vintage garments are not only intriguing and inspiring but are one of a kind pieces that embody so much more than their sheer beauty. This is why I have come to the conclusion that collecting, wearing and seeking them out can become very addicting and that is why I am a true Vntgholic!
