BOOKS AND OTHER ITEMS THAT WILL FIT.
THE ITEM IS PLACED IN A PLASTIC BAG AND THEN
INTO THE PRIORITY FLAT RATE ENVELOPES. WE DO TRY TO PLACE ALL ITEMS IN A PLASTIC
BAG BECAUSE OF THE RAIN/SNOW.
We combine shipping on most items, but
each item has a handling charge!
If you pay for each item individually, we normally can not combine
shipping weight for reduced shipping. We don't always catch the same ship
address. You must request shipping through eBay for us to combine packages and
reduce shipping. We can only refund shipping overpayments within 30 days if
shipping was requested through eBay and once positive feedback is received. If
you do not request shipping through eBay, we will not refund any difference
between actual shipping and shipping calculator. Glass, porcelain, fragile items
are packed well, this does add to shipping weight. (If you check our feedback,
you will see we do try to pack everything well. We did have one scammer recently
that tried to file a bogus insurance claim for a book that had a leather cover.
Geez, how can cover be detached unless it was removed from the envelope and bag
and then ripped? USPS sends a notification to you with the item when mail is
damaged.) We will email you the delivery confirmation number when your item is
mailed. We know when you receive the item, and you can also use your sent email
to see the delivery history.
We do
not have a store open to the public. We will NOT arrange for a delivery
meeting.

type in a corrected or different mailing addresses in eBay. Please don't use

are really helpful.
We report all bad email addresses and phone numbers. Don't get mad at us if
we can't contact you. You have to keep email addresses and phone numbers correct
in eBay. If we can't contact you, we report it.
5. FEEDBACK
FEEDBACK - feedback is
for comments such as, "item as described, fast mailing," etc.
etc. We leave feedback
based on the feedback you leave us and how we feel the transaction went
(we try not to leave feedback if we can't say something nice). Once feedback is
received, if we owe you a shipping refund, we will refund it at that time (if it
is within 30 days of receipt of item). We don't ask you to email us when you
receive your item, please leave feedback and we will know all arrived ok. Please
do email us if your item doesn't arrive BY THE DATE WE SHOW ON YOUR ITEM SHIPPED
EMAIL, or immediately if item is broken/damaged. That way we can do the refund
in one transaction. Thank you for your prompt payment!)
We have delivery confirmation on all items shipped in the United States, we
send you the delivery confirmation number. Outside USA will only have when the
item is shipped.

a buyer never read me when they use man, he, him, etc. in feedback. You can also
assume the person leaving such feedback is lying about what they wrote. No one
should ever bid without checking shipping first and again you know they aren't
telling the truth if they say shipping wasn't shown etc. We maintain transaction
information for three months; if you read something in feedback and wonder about
it, let us know.

PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS (BUT DON'T ASK US about how many pictures
a book has, to add photos, anything that would involve our repulling the book,
we do our best to answer questions, but details we don't always recall. Shipping
is as shown in the calculator, unless there are multiple items you purchase,
shipping will be just what is shown. We don't change shipping method from your
payment accept for small items where a Priority rate is paid and First Class is
the same ship time (of course we catch this before packaging). WE DO SEND AUTO
REPLIES, BUT REAL PEOPLE READ YOUR EMAILS. BUT IF ME OR OUR AUTOMATIC REPLY
ANSWERS THE QUESTION(S) WE DON'T SEND A SEPARATE EMAIL. (And again, we don't
send a confirmation of receiving your payment, pay pal sends you one.) You know
details about books aren't always remembered, so asking if a name is in a book
and it isn't in the description, I know we won't remember, hit a library and
find out.

picture of the books title page. IF WE DON'T SAY A BOOK IS ILLUSTRATED, IT
ISN'T. WE DO NOT GIVE A REFUND FOR THE WRONG ILLUSTRATOR LISTED. THE CATAGORY
ETC. THROUGH EBAY AND THE AUCTION TITLE IS NOT THE TITLE OF THE BOOK OR
ITEM! PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU READ THE description WE ENTER AND OUR
DESCRIPTION OF THE BOOK.

Just because a book is common in UK etc., doesn't mean it is in USA.
WE TRY TO INCLUDE A PICTURE OF THE COVER AND COPYRIGHT PAGE of older books if
it contains a date; or for newer books, then we use eBay's information. Only
what is shown in photograph is what is being sold (if a container doesn't have a
lid in the picture, it won't have one when sent).
We
list the main information about books and items. If we don't have flaws listed,
it is because we didn't notice one to list. If we don't have a count for
pictures, graphs, names etc. found in the book, we are sorry but unfortunately
we don't have time to repull the book (PLEASE DON'T EMAIL AND ASK US). We rarely
measure a book. Not sure why you would need them...lol...never someone wearing a
boo...lol...A book store would be a better place for you to browse, or visit
your local library.
If
we are missing measurements on an item or something else, you can ask, we will
give you our best guess, but we are not usually able to repull the item to find
out.
Items are purchased at auctions, estate sales, and other
sales, so we don't state smoke free etc. because we haven't a clue if the
previous owner smoked anything. If we do notice a smell or odor, we list
it (I know I hate receiving a so called new item that smells of tobacco
smoke). This business does have rescued cats and dust bunnies, but NO
SMOKE.
Yes, we
continuously prove we are human and apologize that we know we make errors.
WE do try. We do want this to be a friendly, fast and easy transaction.

CHECK CHECK AND RECHECK EVERY DETAIL BEFORE YOU BUY! I know it is
hard to do! We purchased a dress that said XL in title, but L in
description...dress turned out to be an L, but we didn't notice the
discrepancy. So we know it is difficult to catch every thing when buying.
eBay does have a referral for verification services of antiques,
books, etc. If you are not sure that a book etc. is an original/as
described, you can check with the services they provide. We do our best
guess on all items, sometimes we do get additional information about an
item from nice eBay people or other authorities and we will add it.

something fast, please email your request; however, we ship by Tuesday
according to above schedule except when on vacation (sometimes we do make
a second shipment during the week but not always). We must get additional
