Watch & Ware is located in a small farming community of Kawkawlin/Linwood just outside of Bay City, Saginaw, Midland Tri-City area in the Lower Pennisula of Michigan. We recently moved our jewelry and small collectibles business from the local Mall to a "retirement" online business. November 2006 will mark our 5th anniversary.
At this time, we are normally listing through out the week. We have just opened a store at www.wandw.ecrater.com. We offer combination shipping from our auctions and our e-store or both. OUR POLICIES
USA PAYMENT:We prefer payment through Pay Pal. We will accept personal checks(a delay on shipping order will result until check clears our bank), money orders, and Bid Pay. If you are bidding or purchasing from our store, we offer shipping discounts for combined jewelry or gemstone items--$2 first class mail or $5.00 priority mail in a padded envelope for the first item and then you may add $.50 per jewelry or gemstone item in same order. Please ask for an invoice if purchasing more than one item. If mailing a check or money order, please include auction number and information. If mailing payment, please email us and let us know that when you win the auction. Insufficient funds will result in a $25 fee for each submission on personal checks.
REFUND POLICY: We appreciate your business and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee we will send you the item that we describe. We offer a 7 day return policy to all of our customers who make payment by their due date (7 days from the close of auction). We will attempt to fix the situation by either getting you the correct item or by processing a refund. The Item(s) has to be in its original condition, not worn or altered. Item should be in our hands by the 7th day after you get it. We do not send broken items and throughly inspect them before they are sent. When we say it's new, we mean it. We do not offer refunds for lost items. Once the item leaves our hands and is placed with our shipper, we will not be responsible for it. We do not offer refunds for shipping damage and will help with the filing of the report to the shipper. The refund will be rendered once the item(s) have been sent back to us (upon our receiving) and the exchange will be rendered once the relevant evidence has been provided (photos, etc.). Buyer may be required to fill out forms and mail or fax them back to us at their expense for the refund. If we have another identical item in stock it will be substituted without giving refund and we pay shipping back to you. We will not reimburse your shipping costs. We will not accept returns for size problems or clarity of real gemstone issues, or damage done by the customer or their representative. Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated; we reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer and for damage done by them. If a charge back occurs and it is wrongfully or fraudulent determined to be a false claim than there will be an additional $25 fee above the returned funds.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY: Our auctions and e-store are open to USA customers and in most cases, English speaking. We often ship to Canada, UK, Puerto Rico, certain Carribean Islands, Australia and some other English speaking customers. We ship to international customers with the understanding that they have an agreement to our international rules and policies. We noramlly ship by United States Postal Service Airmail letter post for our smaller jewelry packages which usually arrive with in two weeks. We cannot insure international items or put confirmation tracking on it. Once it leaves our hands to our shipper, we are not responsible for loss. We do not refund or exchange items for international customers. If you have a question about our international policies, pleae email us prior to bidding. We do not ship to Nigeria or any other country that has trade limitations of the shipment of jewelry. We do not accept payments for amounts larger than the auction price to give refunds. We do not pay customs fees or ship as a gift status to avoid customs. Please check with us about what countries we ship to if it is not specified on this page.
PAYMENT FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Money Orders in U.S. Dollars only through Pay Pal.com, Bidpay.com and Bank Wire Transfers. Some of our international customers use department stores that offer money orders like Walmart, Kmart and other internationally known sotres to purchase money orders in USA funds. Please note that International Customers must agree to our International Policy before bidding. We reserve the right to cancel if these rules are not followed.
