SHOP POLICY & TIPS
The following information is a basic guideline you can follow when bidding on our auctions but it is not set in stone (with the exception of payment methods). We strongly suggest that you ALWAYS refer to the individual auctions for details and when in doubt about anything, email us before the end of the auction.

Fossils - Worldwide
Food Items - Worldwide
Movies - GB Only (Pal format)
CD's & Cassettes - Worldwide
Books & Magazines - Worldwide (with some GB only due to weight)
PAYMENT METHODS
Due to the large bank fees, the following payment methods are set in stone. Sorry, we cannot make exceptions.
GB - Pay Pal, Personal Cheque (Sterling), Bankers Draft/Postal Order
USA & Canada - Pay Pal
Europe - Pay Pal
ALL others - Pay Pal
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
This will vary greatly depending on item/items purchased and destination. ALWAYS refer to the postage and packaging instructions on EACH individual auction. When in doubt, please email us for clarification BEFORE end of auction.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us (in same condition as received) within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price including postage. We obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' for ALL items posted.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & TIPS
* Buyers pay shipping
* Postage discounts available on multiple purchases within a 7 day period. If purchasing multiple items, please let me know so that I can send a combined invoice after the last item your interested in ends or is bought.
* For overseas buyers it is strongly suggested that you wait for us to send an invoice before paying
* If paying by cheque (GB only) the clearance period is 3 to 5 days
* If you are not happy with your purchase, return within 14 days for a full refund of purchase price.
* Items are posted as quickly as possible after payment is received, usually within 1 to 3 days but, due to work and family commitments, this can be longer on occasion. Your patience is appreciated.
