Items Lost in the Mail
From time to time items do get lost in the mail. In the event an item does become lost, don't worry! We will either replace the item or issue a refund for the item, provided you have purchased the optional insurance.We are not responsible to replace or refund lost items where insurance was not purchased.

Shipping Items to a Different Address
We are sorry, but for your protection we can only ship items to the address listed in your PayPal account. We will however, ship the item to you for an additional postal charge, ready for you to drop in the mail. We are not responsible to replace, refund, or re-ship items shipped to a wrong address listed in your PayPal account.

Shipping Policies Outside of the United States
Most of the items we offer for purchase outside of the United States are allowed, however before bidding or purchasing please check with your customs department. We are not responsible for replacement or refunds of items, which are seized by customs and not allowed within your country. Items siezed by customs are not returned to us. Insurance and Damage
The user is given the choice to purchase insurance on items that could become damaged when shipped by U.S.P.S. Althrough we package every item careful as to avoid damage, damage does happen. If you have purchased the optional insurance on items where insurance is offered, you will receive a refund less our shipping costs. You have up to 3 days from the date of delivery as noted on the online carrier service to inform us of any problems. We do not offer
refunds after this period. You are responsible for return postage of all items. We do not give refunds on items such as; makeup, prefumes, novelity items, and beauty or health items, for health reasons. ITEMS RETURNED MUST HAVE ALL ACCESSORIES, MANUALS, AND PARTS THAT WAS SENT TO YOU IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. WE CHECK SERIAL NUMBERS OF THE ITEMS
RETURNED FOR REFUND AGAINST THE RECORDS WE HAVE. IF SERIAL NUMBERS DO NOT
MATCH, THE ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU C.O.D. AND NO REFUND WILL BE OFFERED . Lastly, please print out a copy of the invoice you received from eBay and include it along with the item. Items received without an invoice will only delay processing of the refund, or maybe returned to the sender. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE SENDING BACK ITEMS FOR REFUNDS! YOU WILL NEED TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Items returned without this authorization number will be returned to the sender.

Electronics
Some items we sale do come with factory warranties. We do not offer warranties on electronic items we sell, and we do not provide technical assistance beyond basic knowledge of the item.You can purchase an optional warranty on most new & used electronics we sell through Square Trade, here on eBay. Click on link below and enter the auction number to see if a warranty is available. We do not handle warranty issues. Please contact Square Trade with any warranty issues on items that you have purchased a warranty on. Square Trade covers most items both used and new that do not come with a warranty.
