Our shipping policy: is stated clearly in each auction as they differ from clothing to any other item.
We do ship clothing for the largest shipping and every item thereafter is only $1.50 shipping per item.
Most other items are charged the highest shipping for one item and all items thereafter are docked by 20% (percent) if items are won or bought within a 3 day period.
You must pay for items AFTER receiving an invoice or you will not get the combined shipping amount and will pay for the entire shipping with out a refund of shipping owed. So please wait to be invoiced. We do invoices regularly throughout the day and night so you should receive your fairly quickly. It's most definitely worth the wait. :)
Next is our return policy:
We do not accept returns on any clothing purchase unless is was grossly misrepresented, not for any other reason.
All other items must be returned and in our hands within 7 days in the same shape and with the same items that came with it including the original boxing and any manuals that may have come with it. Also, You must contact us first for a RMA number that is to be posted on the outship of your box with your return. If the item is refused or does not have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) # we WILL NOT accept the return and it will be shipped back to you at your expense. All return shipping is the buyers responsibility unless your item is DOA (Dead on Arrival) then we wil pay to have it returned.
Also our policy for returns is that we must receive the merchandise back in resellable condition including the box or carton that the item(s) came in. There is a 20% restocking fee for all items besides clothing which is not refundable. So your refund will consist of your purchase price, minus shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee, therefore we ask that you read through our listings throughly, we wll always have detailed listings, with measurements, heights, weights, and a very nice picture or pictures of ALL items we list and each auction or buy it now may have different terms so it is a good idea to read each one carfully. We will do our very best to describe our items and display pictures of them to the fullest extent. We just need you to BE SURE when placing an order.
Buy it now auctions are a big part of our business and we know most of our customers would prefer not to wait for an auction to end, therefore if there is more than 12 hours left on an auction and no bids on a auction you may contact us to place a buy it now button on the auction for you. We will promptly add the buy it now if it is applicable of the terms above.
Our Feedback Policy
Thank you for shopping with Wholesale Gifts Unlimited we value you as a customer and are always here for any questions or concerns you may have with your order. Please do not take out any frustration on our feedback as we will gladly make any circumstance right with our customers, providing it is not against any of our policies clearly stated on these pages, and on each and every item we list. If you leave us negative or neutral feedback without contacting us to try and resolve an issue we will be forced to block you from shopping with us further. So again we ask that you please contact us through eBay's contact the seller and we will try to rectify any problems you may have with an order, although this is highly unlikely due to our customer service, and high quality items, we want you to be a return customer and only sell the best for wholesale prices. You will never pay Retail Value for any item we list.
To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
