I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Heather Luttrell, and I am a Certified Medical Herbalist, a Nutritionist, and a Level II Reiki Practitioner of the Tibetan/Usui lineage. These modalities blend together seamlessly, enabling me to offer my clients the holistic approach to achieving wellness that they seek.
As a graduate of the North American Institute of Medical Herbalism, I have studied with Paul Bergner, Rosita Arvigo, Teresa Koby, and others who have brought their passions for plants and wellness to the classroom. I traveled to the rainforest of Belize for advanced training with Rosita Arvigo.
I am excited to be gearing up for the farmer's market in my town! It's new this year, and so am I! I am transitioning with my graduation from NAIMH from Avena's Herbal Intuitions, my business identity for the last 10 years, to Wild Vitality! I am undergoing a complete professional redesign, with a new logo, new remedies and new packaging! The farmer's market will be my unveiling. I will be offering herb and heirloom veggie plants, teas, tinctures, salves and produce from my organic heirloom garden later in the season. It's an exciting opportunity to meet my community and build my practice.
I offer educational wellness consultations, both in person and over the telephone, as well as Distance Reiki sessions. Reiki sessions may be a short 20 minutes, or a full session which is approximately 45 minutes. Herbal and Nutritional initial intakes are approximately 2 hours in length, with follow up visits taking about an hour. I charge $80 an hour for my services, and offer a discount each time your referral results in a new client. Any formulas you choose to purchase from me are extra, and many times these are available to you locally.
