Our store - Depression-Glass-Warehouse and our ebay ID are shared by myself and my husband. I've been on ebay since March 3, 1997.  And that's just the recorded time.  I was on here in November/December of 1996 and when it was still Auctionweb.

Originally we sold the stock of our closed action figure store/mailorder operation.  Then I got a "real" job for 7 years.  Since starting to sell full-time in 2005, we mainly concentrate on Depression Glass (which explains the name of the store) but also sell other collectibles and books.

My feedback to you: as either a seller or a buyer

If you ship in a timely fashion and my purchase arrives in the shape I bought it in, you're good. I don't believe in sneaking around giving crummy stars for stupid stuff like, you used a popcorn box.  I will email you with problems. I expect a courteous, helpful reply the same as I would give you if the circumstances get reversed. If everything works perfectly, you'll get 5 star feedback from me.

As a buyer purchasing from me, you will receive feedback after you let me know the item arrived safely and you're happy with it. (see below in case you aren't happy with it). If you're a total nightmare to deal with, I'll report your policy violations or non-payment and leave NO feedback. I won't give positive feedback just shut up eBay's management.

Your feedback to me: I ship almost every day. Normally your item will go out within 48 hrs or less. If there's a delay, I'll let you know.  (the only recent delay was for a total knee replacement. So that gives you an idea of what it takes to shut us down).

We package as carefully as we can. We put delivery or signature confirmation on all PO shipments and use signature required delivery with all other carriers. We insure EVERYTHING.Sometimes PO insurance (or whatever carrier, like Fedex) sometimes DSI - aka DISCOUNT SHIPPING INSURANCE.  Your box will NOT be marked fragile because at my PO that invites damage.   If the item/items inside are damaged, contact me and I'll tell you how to proceed with the claim and assist you as much as I can. 

I expect to receive FAIR feedback - However, eBay tells you as the buyer that 4 stars is "GOOD".  Then they penalize me as the seller for not getting 5 stars.  We try to provide 5 star shipping and 5 star service with 5 star descriptions and 5 star communication.  If you feel you're not getting that level of service, please TELL ME and before you "ding" my stars.  Let me try to correct whatever the problem first before you escalate it.

Returns/Refunds:  I expect to be notified beforehand if you feel the need to return something. Just send an email and say "I'd like to return this because____________

I accept returns for items where I've misidentified it and obviously if we make a mistake and ship you the wrong thing (it's only happened a couple of times but it might happen again in my lifetime. Hopefully not). On those items, I provide a seperate refund for shipping. 

If you return it without pre-approval - no return shipping will be refunded.

Payments thru Paypal are refunded thru Paypal. Other types of Payment will receive a refund as a personal check.

I try to answer all the questions about our auctions asap.  If you ask and we don't reply, we probably aren't here. But you can always ask again. Using ASQ is great cause then the one of us that deletes things can't!
