My Babies

This is the story about how Jades Jewells came to be. My name is Mindy, aka Min. I have 4 children; 3 girls and a boy. All three of my girls have 4 names and my boy got off easy, only 3. The girl’s middle names are Leigh Sapphire, Marie Jewell and Sierra Jade. Sapphire and Jade are jewels, get it? lol. It all started with sapphire being my mom's birthstone. Anyhoo that is how I came up with the name Jades Jewells, being that all of my children are my treasures, my jewels. I was afraid that people would automatically assume that I sold jewelry by the name I chose, which they do of course. However, I had to keep it because it just had me by the heart strings and it sounded good.

 
Me and My Love

I have always wanted my own quaint little shop on a cobblestone street in a picture perfect town. Now I have started on that dream, Jades Jewells has come to life. I started out on eBay as a buyer, and then I was hooked. It was actually my fiancé who introduced me to the selling side of eBay. And I guess it just blossomed from there. We are still in the growing stages but we are learning day by day, continually doing research and trying new things. I have also branched off and now have my own domain name and website at www.JadesJewells.com. I am bound and determined that sooner than later my business will enable me to stay home and care for my younger children and my grandson. I am sure that will come to pass with lots of dedication and a TLC.
