Hi and welcome to My eBay Page.  It has been a pleasure being on eBay and meeting wonderful eBayers in the United States and International.  Woodyswag has been a member of eBay since April 1999.  Gosh where do the years go?? Just fly by when you are having fun.  Please let me introduce ourselves.  My name is Paula Dean and my wonderful husband is Patrick (but he goes by Woody).  I am from MO originally and Pat is from the Disneyland area.  I lived in Las Vegas, NV for 25 years and my wonderful husband lived there 18 years.  Then 3 years ago we moved to Amish Country 35 miles east of Springfield, MO.  Yes, you are correct what a change in life.  We love it here.  The deer play in our yard which is 6 1/2 acres, and you just never know what animal will be on the front porch.  God is good and we are having a great life.

Payment Policy:  Paypal, United States Postal Money Orders and US only Personal checks accepted. Please contact me within 3 days of sale end and payment is to be made within 7 days.  Please note this especially if you are new to eBay and Paypal.  YOU HAVE to be CONFIRMED and need to be verified by Paypal.  This has become a must.  Not my rules but Paypal.  So PLEASE make sure this is done properly.  If this isn't done the Seller is not protected and they are not going to accept your payment with Paypal. 

Shipping Policy:  I ship Worldwide. I pride myself in fast and safe shipping.  PLEASE I ask that you please keep in mind that the cost of shipping and handling includes much more than the postage on the envelope.  Actual shipping includes postage, delivery confirmation, packing and printing material (they're not free), travel to and from the post office (we live 15 miles one way), my time, etc.  All packages will have Delivery Confirmation because this is a MUST HAVE WITH PAYPAL.  Insurance is your choice and a smart one.  I am not responsible after the item leaves my hands.  Everyone by now knows of the price increase by the Post Office.  It goes by weight, size (measurement) and zone.  Now the zone is what is raising the prices, and that is not the sellers fault.  So please note this and be kind to the sellers that are fair.

Combined Shipping Policy:  I am happy to combine Shipping and Handling to save you money.  Shipping discount is applied to all auctions after the item with the hightest shipping cost.  Please contact me first before making payments. 

International Shipping Policy:  First let me say THANK YOU to the wonderful International eBayers that I have had the privilege to meet.  I appreciate each and everyone of you.  International Shipping and Handling applies to all non-US countries, including Canada and Mexico.  Buyer pays for shipping, handling and insurance is recommended.  PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME TO MISREPRESENT YOUR ORDER ON CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS AS IT IS ILLEGAL TO DO.  It is at the buyer's own risk and seller will not be responsible for damage, non-delivery, etc if you do not insure.  If you have any questions, please ask prior to bidding.

Insurance Policy:  Buyer assumes complete and total responsibility for all uninsured packages.  PLEASE INSURE, but your choice.  Insurance is the only way you can be reimbursed for any package that is lost or damaged in shipping.  If you do have a damaged/lost insured shipment it must follow the procedures set forth by the U.S. Post Office.  Insurance claims are reimbursed to the buyer directly by the Post Office NOT this seller.  Buyer is to complete lost/damaged Postal insurance claim through their Post Office.  I will provide you with the insurance receipt and proof of value of item.  Damaged items that are insured must be brought to buyers's Post Office, buyer then completes the damaged insurance claim at their Post Office.  I AM NOT responsible for reimbursement to you if your claim is denied by the Post Office.  This is the link to the USPS instructions on filing insurance claims:  http://www.usps.com/insuranceclaims/welcome.htm

Feedback Policy:  I will leave feedback once the sale is complete and the buyer has left feedback.  I reserve the right not to leave feedback, as feedback is optional.  SO eBay when are you going to start your STAR system on the buyer.  Why should it be one sided.  Buying is not just paying, there is more to it.
