We are a manufacturing & internet mail order business located near Orlando, Florida. Although we specialize in Custom Designing we offer a full range of services including: Fine Jewelry in 14k Gold & Sterling Silver, Jewelry & Watch Repairs, Custom work, Casting & Wax modeling. We have been in business over 30 Years.

 Unless otherwise specified most rings are: Ladies Size 6, Mens Size 10... 14k Gold Sizing charges are $10 (within 2 sizes). 

RETURNS
Stock items are returnable (less shipping & sizing charges).  Returns must be authorized within 7 days and shipped back to us promptly. Sized rings will be charged a 10% restocking / resizing fee. Items not returned in new, (un-worn) condition will be charged $10.00 cleaning, polishing, restocking fees. If you have doubts about the suitability of an item, please order it in the stock or "no preference" size. All items can easily be sized by a local jeweler.  Returns must be authorized  within 7 days from the time you receive your package (we will issue an authorization number upon request). Late returns may also be subject to restocking fees. Orders/returns for multiple items may be subject to restocking fees. Mounted or sized Platinum rings are not returnable.  Special orders & custom jobs are not returnable.

EXCHANGES
Stock items are exchangeable (less shipping & sizing charges).  Exchanges must be authorized within 7 days and shipped back to us promptly.  Exchanged items are not subject to the 10% restocking fee on sized items.  Items not returned in new, (un-worn) condition will be charged $10.00 cleaning, polishing, fees. Late exchanges may also be subject to restocking fees.

STONES WARRANTY
Our Russian CZs are covered by a Lifetime Guarantee to retain their original brilliance and luster and against cracking or chipping under normal wear. In the unlikely event this should ever happen, Jewelers Studio will provide a replacement gem at no charge to the original purchaser.

All on line orders are processed on a secure server with the newest SSL encryption. To process your order we will need the following information: Item ordered- Name (as shown on credit card)- Address for UPS shipping (no P.O. boxes)- Credit Card billing address & zip code (if different)- Phone number- Email address.

SHIPPING INFO & TIMES
Most in stock items are processed & shipped within 2 business days (usually 1 day). Items that require sizing or any special requests can take another 2-5 days, although sizing is usually done in 1-2 days. Occasional items in other than standard finger sizes or  gold color can take longer. Platinum items requiring sizing or special requests can take up to 1-3 weeks. If you need an item for a specific date or occasion please let us know & we'll make every effort to to have it for you on time (be sure to choose an appropriate shipping option to meet your time frame). Personal checks allow a minimum of 3 weeks for mail, check clearance (10 days) & return shipping. For combined shipping items must be paid for at the same time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard shipping in the continental USA is via UPS which takes 3-6 business days depending on your distance  from Florida for $7.95. We need a physical address for shipping, UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Upgrading shipping costs are $19.95 (UPS 2-3 day) $34.95 (UPS Next Day Air). Once your purchased items are shipped, a UPS tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International packages are shipped once every 2 weeks and may take an additional 2 weeks for delivery.  We ship to the following countries for $29.95.

Canada packages should arrive within approx 2-3 weeks of order. Canada shipping is $20.00.

International customers are responsible for customs and duties fees.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & APO are shipped out once a week & take 2-3 more days for delivery.

Lost/Late Packages:
To insure that you will receive your product on time, please be sure to provide us with a correct "ship to" address.  Please double and triple check your shipping address before you complete and finalize your purchase.
We cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by UPS as it is beyond our control.

Incorrect or Invalid Address:
Packages lost due to incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.

There is a $10.00 UPS service charge for packages that have had address changes. If a shipment is returned to us due to wrong or invalid address, we will make every effort to contact you and arrange for a subsequent shipment, to a corrected address.  Such shipments will be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.
