When I was a little girl, my mom started taking me to garage sales. She collected really old stuff like sponge wear crocks, graniteware, and what she called primatives. She let me start collecting old dolls. We found one doll that I still have today - a life size Madam Alexander Baby Doll. I named her Sally. By the time I got married I had started collecting my own treasures. I liked things that my mom considered "junk" because it was stuff she grew up with at her mom's house. And now I love finding the vintage kitchen wear and the retro 1950's and 60's mod stuff.
Many of my friends don't like the idea of going through someone else's stuff and they think that garage sales are junky places to go. But they love the stuff that I find. I would like to invite you to be one of those friends and offer you the opportunity of getting some of those "good treasures" without the hassle of going to the the garage sale. I hope that you like my name and I especially hope that you find a treasure that you want as "yours."
I always give the best description I can. If the item has a flaw of any kind, I will tell you about it. Many of my items are vintage and they may have some age marks. I try to make sure that the items I find are in the best shape possible. You know the old saying "one person's trash is anothers treasure"! So, make it Yours by bidding!
