Q: Did my item ship yet?

A: I am not the quickest to ship things, sometimes taking up to 5 days to get something mailed. I go to the Post Office once per week, that is why it may be a few days before your item(s) mail. This may be true if an item is bought from an auction or from the store. However, your items will always get to you.  I welcome reminders and your E-mails as a virtual kick in the pants for me to get out in this -25 degree weather to the post office. Summer is much quicker.  

Q: Did you receive my payment?

A: If you paid by Paypal, I can verify this immeidately.

If you paid by check, your order will take a lot longer. Consider that you mail me a check (up to a week to deliver it to me), this requires me to physically go to the bank to deposit it, which I only do once a week. I need to wait for the check to clear (up to a week). I need to verify that the check cleared online, then I mail your item (up to another week for the item to get to you).

If you paid by money order your item will likely be shipped immediately, unless it is a large money order (to me that means over $25.00) that needs to be verified. Postal Money orders will be shipped quickly.

Cash payments will be mailed as quickly as I can get to the post office. Make sure if you pay by cash that you conceal the contents well.

Q: Do you have a tracking number?

A: Unless you purchased insurance, there is no tracking number. I usually mail by USPS First Class for domestic or USPS International First Class for foreign post. Insurance is not available for foreign purchases.

Q: Do you ship to (your) country?

A: I will ship anywhere in the world. You are responsible for ALL postal fees.

Q: Will you leave feedback?

A: I leave feedback after I receive feedback. This is to ensure the item was received and the transaction was successful (as do 95% of sellers on eBay).

Q: Is this from a pet free home?

A: No, I have two dogs. But they do not sleep on the items I sell (unless it is a used dog bed that I am selling, then maybe they have).

Q: Is your store name from the Saturday Night Live skit?

A: Yes. This has been the store name for six or so years and will be until I am done on eBay (meaning at which point eBay raises their fees so much that sellers find something else to do...they are close).

I am a relatively reasonable person and will try to respond to your inquiry quickly and politely. If I do not respond to your question immeidately, I am not ignoring you. I work outside and am not always in front of the computer.
