I will continue selling on ebay in Auction Format, but I am moving my shop to Etsy.com. I am calling it Designs By ZonaKid. I can no longer justify the extra expense of having a store here on ebay with the influx of immitation materials be sold from oversees. PAYMENTS, SHIPPING & INSURANCE
My entire line of eBooks & Downloadable Software is free of shipping charges. When purchasing one of these types of product, you have two options. The first is the "INSTANT DOWNLOAD OPTION". It is easy, secure, fast to use and delivers your product to you within minutes. Simply complete the auction by bidding or buying, then return to the auction page and in the description, look for the following link and click on it.
This will direct you to my AUCTION WINNERS "INSTANT DELIVERY PAYMENT" PAGE. Scroll down the page until you find the listing that you purchased. Click on the PayPal Button directly below it. Enter your payment information and when completed, click on the "return to merchant" button. This will automatically direct you to the download page for the specific product that you purchased. Here you can download and save your product directly and securely to your computer. It is the easiest and fastest way to purchase these types of product.
If you elect not to use to the "INSTANT DOWNLOAD OPTION", simply complete the auction by bidding or buying. I will then be notified by ebay of your winning bid. I will then send you an invoice from PayPal, which should be paid within 48 hours. Please allow for up to a 24 hour delay in any return contact (I do check daily, but I do have a full time job and sleep). After I receive notification of payment, I will send an email to the email address listed on your PayPal payment unless you instruct me otherwise, containing a download link for your product. Items under 2 pounds in shipping weight will usually be shipped within 48 hours of notification of payment via USPS First Class. Insurance is included in our flat rate shipping cost.
Items over 2 pounds in shipping weight will usually be shipped within 48 hours of notification of payment via UPS GROUND. Insurance is included in our flat rate shipping cost. Items over 2 pounds cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes (must have street address).
